Glad you enjoyed your stay and was pleased with everything. I never had any complaints about noise maybe the guests next door were just exceptionally noisy compared to most. The A/C is fairly new and was just serviced recently. Thanks for the review. I hope you can stay again. Kim

We are glad you liked our 3 bedroom condo. There are 3 king beds and a queen sofa sleeper which does sleep 8. We never had any water damage on our back porch so I am not sure how you came up with that. And with the A/C many owners have signs in their properties above all their thermostats asking guests to please not set the A/C units below 70 degrees or they can freeze up. The A/C company has even told us that. You first contacted me on Tues 3 nights into your stay to let me know that the A/C was reading 75 and it was set on 70. I had saved all your texts and I see I responded back to every one of them and had the A/C company out on Weds. The A/C has been working fine and we hadn't had any bad reviews due to the A/C or any water damage. You never mention in our calls or texts during your stay that there was water damage and a musty smell. If you had we would of sent someone out right away like we did with the A/C. We provided 4 bath towels in each bathroom. That is 12 towels total and since there is a washer/dryer we figure this should be enough. The hot water heater is a 50 gallon tank. There is a limited amount of hot water before it all gets used up. You have to allow the water heater time to heat up new water. We are glad though you liked the condo and the location. We hope you were happy with the great rate you received during peak time. You had a savings of over $400. At the time you booked there was a pricing error so that is why you received that great rate. We could had cancelled your booking and made more money on another booking but wanted to honor your booking and we didn't want to disrupt your vacation. We appreciate your business and your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I have never had any complaints about the beds. I know some beds are too hard and others to soft. There is a ceiling fan in living room and master bedroom. When we travel we take our little fan . Thanks for the review and hope you can come back again. Thanks Kim
