Logement qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, la propreté est très moyenne beaucoup de toile d araignées un peu partout, literie très moyenne, à proximité d une route très passante le matin donc assez bruyant car pas très bien isolé phoniquement, tous les équipements sont assez vieux, radiateur de l entrée qui ne fonctionne pas, douche pas très pratique,dommage que ce n est pas bien entretenu, sinon l endroit est sympa pour faire des balades

We had a stunning week overlooking the lake at les Lucs-sur-Bologna. First of all the weather was excellent and we were able to eat nearly all of our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) seated in a shaded area to the front of the cottage. We love to bar-b-que and this was situated to the front of the chalet so we could cook overlooking the lake. The accommodation was to a very high standard and comprised a large open space which incorporated the internal dining area, lounge area and kitchen. there was also a ground floor toilet, bathroom and double bedroom.There were 3 options for sitting outside, firstly to the front of the gite which also accommodated the bar-b-que, secondly there was a more secluded table area to the back of the gite. And finally if needed there was a table and chairs by the pool.The pool was locate behind the gite and had sunbeds and chairs and was where we spent several afternoons relaxing.We were made to feel very welcome by Katia who spoke excellent English. It was sad to have to leave but we have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Fantastic location

Chalet was cozy and had everything we needed. Bed could be bigger and more comfortable. Amazing fact: in front of the chalet the wonderful lake and shade all day long which was great, behind the chalet sunny and the pool. Also a lovely, friendly tortoise.

Très bon petit chalet, idéalement situé très calme, de nombreux chemin de balade à pied ou à vélo au départ du chalet. De nombreuses activités à faire avec les enfants dans un rayon de 30 a 45 min idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. N'hésitez pas à aller au restaurant l'auberge du lac, un délice !

Amazing location

We had a great stay in this chalet with a fantastic private pool in an amazing location. The front terrace view of the lake is a real highlight as are the local walks round the lake and beyond. This includes the short walk to the museum, which had free outdoor events for the family while we were there and a good café. With a short walk to a boulangerie, and under an hour to great beaches, the location was perfect. Overall, the chalet really suited us - a couple with an 8 and 10 year old.

Vacances reposantes dans un environnement sympa

Propriétaires agréables et discrets. Jolie vue sur l'étang. Petit chalet sympa. Juste un peu déçus de n'avoir pas profiter des bons p'tits plats du proprio chef cuisinier qui ne l'a pas proposé. Pour toute prestation, il ne faut pas hésiter à demander, ce qu'on n'a pas trop oser faire. Un bon moment passé en famille.

Un chalet où on se sent bien, de très bonne facture et très bien équipé. Le secteur est une destination idéale pour des vacances loin des foules. Les hôtes sont très discrets et disponibles pour de bons conseils.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Pleins de choses à faire dans les environs. Seul petit bémol : le lit parental un peu petit et instable pour couple avec un homme de 1m87 😅 Nous en gardons néanmoins un très bon souvenir et nous le conseillons !
