Stunning apartment with lovely views of the harbour, ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break.. All on the Second Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: 26" Freeview TV, DVD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Public car park, 300 yards, Just Park App costs £39 per week.. Water View is a superbly appointed second floor apartment located close to the harbour. It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

HOT WATER/HEATING

The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. PLEASE TURN OFF THESE SWITCHES AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

The property is in a prime location in Looe, with a five to ten minute walk to Millpool carpark across the bridge. A weekly permit for the car park can be purchased online in advance for under £30. The beach is a ten minute stroll away. We didn't notice noise from the road outside the property at night. The property is clean and has everything you might need (apart from a fan). It didn't smell damp, but there was evidence of it caused by broken gutters. The damp had been sealed but the paint finish was yet to be addressed properly. Carrying cases up and down the two flights of turning stairs was tiring, but otherwise access was acceptable for the week.

Great location with an amazing view.

Great location with an amazing view. There were quite a few stairs to access the apartment, this wasn't an issue for us, however could pose a problem for others. The apartment was clean and tidy and was very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Location

This was our 1st stay in Waterview, but have stayed in the Old Post Office apartments before so we know that the apartments are finished to a high standard and are in a really central location in Looe. With regards to Waterview apartment we were a little disappointed with the lack of storage space in the bedroom and although I come prepared i.e. I bring my own soap & loo roll for the weeks holiday I should have brought my own washing up liquid as well! Despite this disappointment with the apartment as always we enjoyed all that Looe had to offer.

Just as described

Flat as described. Really good stay . Bed really comfy, kitchen well equipped ( cheese grater would be good) . Sofa lovely. Would definitely recommend Sarah's pasty shop a must visit.

Nice flat, but shoot the builder!

Great little flat in a prime position overlooking the harbour. But OMG, the finish is awful. Someone put some thought into the layout, and mostly it works. But the workmanship is so shoddy. Two door handles falling off, rusty fittings in the bathroom, laminate flooring swelling at edges, lovely gloss black kitchen with unfinished edges, blinds that fall down( regularly from the dents on the windowsill) and the plumbing.........which manages to combine washing-machine-in-the-bedroom levels of noise and vibration combined with an inability to actually produce a useful amount of hot water. It could be such a great place to stay but misses the mark so badly.
