Stunning lodge with large wrap around decking, a gorgeous interior and spacious throughout. Luxury accommodation!

3 bed lodge, sleeps 6. With double glazing, central heating and large wrap around gated decking. Platinum Deluxe rated.

Entry into spacious, open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area.

Modern fitted kitchen with integrated oven & microwave, gas hobs with extractor over, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Lounge with free standing furniture, TV with Freeview, DVD player, electric fire and doors to decking.
Dining area with table and chairs.

Bed 1: King size bed, TV, en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin

We had a great experience staying at the lodge, the kids loved the extra space available, and have 2 bathrooms was a plus. My only criticism would be that the outdoor table looks to have had better days and the decking was dirty with quite a few pigeon feathers which could have easily been cleaned up prior to our visit. That being said, it did not negatively impact our stay and we had a great time! Thanks for a lovely stay

Absolutely fabulous lodge and very spacious. Very well positioned in a very quiet part of the park even though it is close to amenities. The children were able to play outside on the grass witout having to watch out for car. We had 1 small issue which after speaking to Emma was sorted within the hour.

Overall enjoyable!

The lodge was lovely, spacious, easy to check in. I did feel it hadnt been cleaned to a high standard , bits on carpet in lounge, marks that should have been wiped on the kitchen worktop and rubbish behind the bedside table in the double room , walking to the entertainment in the evening was a challenge as there was limited street lighting, we had to use the torch on our phone although this is a refection on the site not the residence. there was h there was limited street lighging,

Holiday get away

The lodge was in a nice quiet place.Lots of bird life around.WeWhere very lucky with the weather nice and sunny.It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the surroundings.The lodge was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The only criticism was the king size bed the springs where uncomfortable the mattress was uncomfortable it coul do with updating.

Skipsea break

The property was good and very spacious . One or two little issues in the shower area in that the toilet roll holder was broken. It fitted back on but it needs replacing. We def didn’t break it. Beds were very comfortable and so was the lounge area. Home from home. I would stay in this lodge if it was on another site as we would behave liked to be able to walk to the beach rather than drive the car everyday. Still we had a lovely 3 days with the grandchildren.

High quality accommodation option for skipsea Sands

High quality accommodation option for Skipsea Sands. 3 bedrooms with5 beds in total and 2 bathrooms. Spacious TV, lounge, Kitchen and Dinner area. ** note ** - booked privately - doesnt include the passes for the club (entertainment) or activities. So add on circa £12pp for the stay. 20min car drive to bridlington, so not far. Far Grange is another site option that is closer to bridlington but likely more expensive. In summer Id expect the ice cream shop to open past 8pm, the convenience store and soft play past 6pm. - maybe 8pm - as stays light until 10pm

Had a great week in this lodge. Lovely location on park easy to find. Small gripe was state of the decking due to birds mess. Had to clean it and table and chairs in order to use. Would definitely book again.

Great location, ideal for children.

We stayed in the lodge for 4 night as a family of 6 with three children. The property was excellent and the location was ideal for children, lots of grass to play outside and a short walking distance from the site faculties. The only negative was the bowl of beans found in the microwave on arrival.

Wow factor in spades

On seeing the lodge just from the outside it looked amazing in what I would say was THE best position on the site Once inside it was wow after wow in each room and the spec was top level and everything was very tastefully done Everything was catered for and I would definitely stay again if I wanted an East Coast getaway My only tiny teeny suggestion is for an inst/ info sheet regarding the working of the heating/ tv/ fire & wifi but then I am so non techy I'm sure it was just me 😅

excellent accommodation i would not hesitate in recommending it anyone.spotless extremely well furnished a very relaxing experience. SKIPSEA PARKDEAN site was well manicured and presented . Bar and club house was of a reasonable standard with the management upholding;covid regulations. Food was as expected and the staff were all happy and friendly. i would happily go again.
