Bright, modern, and recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with a comfy sofa bed, and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun!



The Space:

The apartment also offers both heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round. The bedroom is cozy and features brand-new, comfortable beds along with a spacious closet for your belongings.



Step outside, and you’ll find everything at your fingertips—Fuengirola’s train and bus stations, the marina, supermarkets, shopping, cafés, bars, and restaurants, all just a few minutes' walk away. There is also communal parking available (upon availability).



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. Pool towels are available for rent.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to get you started, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
