Welcome to this lovely spot right in the heart of Los Boliches, with some of the best restaurants in the city just outside your door. Los Boliches Beach is only 120 meters away and is known for its fantastic sand, along with great beach restaurants, shops, bars, and all the amenities you could need. The train station is just a short walk away, making it super easy to get to Málaga Airport or into Málaga City in no time. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer!



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you will be met by a social planning solution where the fully equipped kitchen is to the left with a fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove and oven and much more. You have a dining area for 4 as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed and large Smart TV, as well as a classic French balcony overlooking Calle Francisco Cano outside.



The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed and there is a total of 4 sleeping places in the apartment.



The apartment is fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine, coffee maker and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes walk from the apartment and all amenities are within walking distance



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
