Excellent! From the booking to the checkout process was A. Property was large enough to fit our family of 5 very comfortably. It had all the amenities, it was very clean, well organized, and the location worked very well for the family. In addition, the host was super attentive and provided a lot of information regarding the local area’s bus route, cuisine, and entertainment. Recommend it 100%

Leisure break

Property very well situated to centre of San Sebastián and well serviced by number of different buses . Flat provided everything that you would need/wish and mini supermarket within short walking distance along with bakery .Our host Felipe maintained regular contact with us throughout our 4 day stay providing lots of useful info / recommendations to make the most of our break .Great city to visit ( fantastic beaches/ restaurants) and lots of interesting places to visit in the area .

Nice stay in San Senastian

Nicely appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood in San Sebastián. Short drive to La Concha Beach. Felipe is a very tentative host who provides a lot of information on your stay and the area and ensures your a set for a good vacation.

San Sebastian Gem

Property well suited to our group of four adult travelers - spacious apartment short drive or nice walk to enjoy Playa Concha and Old Town, but in a quiet neighbourhood for r and r at the end of the day. Exceptional host: pre-arrival communication; arranged for in person check-in; provided breakfast essentials as we were late arrivals; gave us many great recommendations for dining, touring in the area. Would definitely stay again!!

Great time in San Sebastián

Family holiday in San Sebastian

We had a wonderful stay here at Filipes property. It was a 15 minute walk from the shops, cafes, bars and beach. We felt completely supported all through our stay by Filipe. He replied to any query we had within minutes, made great suggestions on where to eat, visit and sightsee. Overall well deserved 5 star stay. Highly recommended !!!

A comfortable stay in San Sebastián

The hosts were super nice and communicated with us before during and after the stay and tried to allow us to have the most comprehensive experience of the city. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Included air conditioning in the midst of this heat wave…a bit noisy and yet, it is just unthinkable to survive without it in this climate

Relax in San Sebastian

This property suited my party of four seniors very nicely. Of particular note is the convenience of a small commercial center with pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and grocery, just minutes away and walkable. The unit is comfortable and private, and the host truly exceptional in his wealth of suggestions. While I will always wish for an on-site host, Felipe's accessibility was excellent via WhatsApp. Come and enjoy San Sebastian from the Palacio on the hill.

Wonderful place to stay in Sans Sebastian

First let me say that our contact person for this property Felipe was extremely communicative and helpful while staying at this location. He sent us a list of his favorite restaurants, attractions, and close by activities, which was extremely helpful. The home was lovely and was as accurately shown on the website. When we arrived we had coffee, hot chocolate, crackers and jam waiting on the table for us. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and within 20-25 min walk into old town. The onsite parking was very helpful for us since we rented a car. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with its own garage

The host Felipe was extremely helpful, and full of information. It was very nice being able to drive right into garage with elevator to the apartment. A nice quiet neighborhood in the hills looking down at the more tourist area near the beach. We walked most places, even though it was a bit far. This was a lovely apartment well stocked and pleasantly decorated

Surpassed our expectations!!

This property was a perfect place for our family holiday in San Sebastián. The property owner went above and beyond to give us recommendations and information on the area to make our trip special. We loved San Sebastián so much that we wished we could have stayed longer. We have 3 children and there was more than enough space for our family. There was a market walking distance for us, and the property owner had coffee and milk, and some welcome snacks that made our arrival so much better. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful apartment with sea view

The apartment is clean and comfortable with very nice furnishings. The enclosed balcony has sea views. The bed is comfortable and the bedrooms have air conditioner which made for a very pleasant night of sleep. Check I was smith with a friend of the owner meeting us. Communication with Felipe (the owner) was perfect. He provide a list of his favorite pincho bars and they did not disappoint! Check out was easy. We will stay again for our next trip to San Sebastián.

Felipe the Amazing Host

The apartment met our needs. Located away from city center, walking distance to center and other attractions if you are able to walk hills and not put off by stairs. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the old town, the museum and the Funicular. Kitchen is well stocked. Felipe was amazing. He communicated with us regularly by text over our 3 days in San Sebastián, with excellent advice and suggestions. The apartment was comfortable, roomy and had some nice views from its 6th floor location. There is an elevator and a garage.

A great host with roomy apartment including high quality finishes.

We are a family of 6 and just loved our stay. Everything was comfortable, the beds, linens and all appliances worked and were high quality. Excellent to have parking and we never moved the car as the 18 bus was just outside and dropped us right downtown within minutes during our morning afternoon and late night trips. Felipe was an extraordinary host with warm welcome suggestions and answered within minutes. The Wi-Fi worked just great. The apt was very clean and cleverly decorated. Hot water was never an issue. Thanks for making out trip so comfortable and easy.

Spacious, Comfortable, Convenient

The apartment is on an elevated floor of a block on the hill overlooking San Sebastian. So there are views from every room, especially of the ever changing sky. The apartment is well equiped should you wish to stay in. But catch one of the two bus lines, 18 or 36, into San Sebastián and there is so much to do and see. Route 18 was definitely the favourite as it firsts took us to the bottom of the hill. Hint, on your first day go to the tourist information office and get a Basque Card which you can use to pay for bus trips. A special mention, and thank you, must be made to Felipe, our host, who provided great information before and during our stay. And was super responsive and welcoming.

Great Location and quaint flat

Nice sized apartment/flat for the 4 of us. One bedroom was not used so a good place for luggage. Loved all the windows and the ability to open them up to let in the fresh breezes. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. Don't miss the beaches! So delightful and clean with cool Atlantic ocean waters and picturesque views. Gustatory bliss between the pintxos and the many local wines and ciders. We will be back to San Sebastian!
