In the town of Las Majadas—a small, quiet mountain village nestled in the heart of the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park—you’ll find Apartamentos El Cabo, where we offer a variety of accommodations tailored to your needs so you can enjoy the Serranía de Cuenca and feel right at home. The Callejones Apartment has a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. It features wooden sloped ceilings, as it is located on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept kitchen-dining area. The sofa converts into a single pull-out bed. You’ll find everything you need in the apartment, as it’s fully equipped with bedding, towels, a hair dryer, a complete set of kitchenware, a microwave, a toaster, an Italian-style coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a glass-ceramic cooktop. It has radiator heating, or if you prefer, you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove—we’ll provide the necessary firewood. We leave some basic supplies in the apartment, such as sugar, salt, paper towels, napkins, and a basic cleaning kit. If you’re traveling with a baby, we can also provide a travel crib. Shared with the other apartments, the common areas include a covered barbecue with two grilling stations, grills, a spacious garden with a wooden pergola, outdoor furniture, and a playground with a slide and swing. At Apartamentos El Cabo, you’ll find the ideal place to enjoy nature, as we’re surrounded by natural landscapes such as Los Callejones, located 2 km from the village—which is where our apartment gets its name— Los Miradores, 3 km away—a perfect spot for birdwatching and views of the Hoz del Júcar—and the Hosquillo Game Reserve, 15 km away, where animals such as brown bears, mouflons, and fallow deer live in semi-freedom amid spectacular scenery. Also worth mentioning are the “Enchanted City” (Ciudad Encantada), 25 km away; the source of the Cuervo River, about 30 km away; and many more hidden gems and trails that the Serrania has to offer.... Also, if you prefer—and haven’t been there yet—you can’t miss a visit to the city of Cuenca, just 35 km from the apartment. It has been designated a World Heritage Site for its medieval Old Town, with its cobblestone streets, architecture, and the gorges of the Júcar and Huécar rivers that surround it.
