The complex of 6 luxury detached homes is located in the traditional village of Livadi on the island of Astypalaia, carved into a rock hillside overlooking the beautiful Venetian castle and Chora, the island's capital, as well as the beautiful beach of Livadi.



The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room seamlessly integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, adorned with traditional furnishings. A bedroom featuring a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a hydro massage column (jacuzzi) complete this level. Ascending to the upper floor, two bedrooms await, each offering the flexibility of bed configurations that can be split into four single ones upon request. Additionally, a bathroom with a hydro massage column (jacuzzi) and a separate W.C. enhance the upper level's convenience.



Both upper-floor bedrooms grant access to a sprawling terrace, inviting guests to indulge in the breath-taking views of the Aegean Sea, the Venetian castle, and the picturesque Livadi beach. One of the rooms extends its charm further through a small balcony, showcasing the island's characteristic wooden-panelled railing and a blue traditional balcony door.
