Great location in quiet residential neighborhood,( WEEKLY rental from SATURDAY-SATURDAY in SUMMER season) This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath weekly rental can accommodate one couple, two couples or a family of four nicely. Bedrooms and baths are at opposite ends with family living in the middle. Deck is off kitchen and looks to wooded area. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, comfortably furnished, and immaculately clean with all the comforts of home ,A/C for your comfort. Short walk to bay beach, local deli and coffee shop, post office ,shuttle bus to P.town and more. Larger family, check out our 3 bedroom booking 250021 also Taking spring ,summer and fall bookings for both rentals at this time. Will rent week-ends or partial weeks in, OFF SEASON ONLY ( Sept to May ONLY,) WEEKLY ONLY during the SUMMER starting SATURDAY - SATURDAY BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS! sheets for 2 queen beds. and whatever towels you may use. Everything else is there.
Furies is a linen service in Wellfleet 10 minutes away is you want to rent your linens
Walk to beach and much more: Cold storage beach is in walking distance of our rental.It is on the bayside and looks to the end of the hook. Very lovely and easy to get to, just at the end of our street.
.The ocean side beaches such as Head of the Meadow and Longnook are just a short distance away by car or bike.Beautiful beaches are here in truro or visit the seashore beaches in P. town We are also close to Highland Links Golf course, bike trails , north truro square where you can get the shuttle bus to p.town, local deli, post office, restaurant, winery,etc. quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to many things for your convenience. Don't rent and be stuck out in the middle of nowhere. Check in and you won't want to check out. All the comforts of home. Hope to see you !. No smoking, No Pets

We had a great time! The house is in a very nice neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach, and also close to the vineyard, a small market, and a good seafood restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous hidden gem and I’m thrilled we found it. Well appointed space perfect for our family of 4. AC was great when we needed it, but mostly we didn’t. Great deck, nicely appointed kitchen, literally zero complaints. Would stay again in a second.

The apartment was well stocked and equipped. The air conditioning was a must and worked very well. The layout was great with one bedroom on each side of the apartment and the common area in between. It was close to a couple of great restaurants and to both a bay side and Atlantic side beach. We'd go back, without hesitation.

Truro retreat

The property sets back away in a picturesque hillside of Truro. Beaches walking distance. Restaurant close by.Clean living area, with the feeling of being in a house not appointment. Having two bathrooms was a bonus.Would definitely rent again.

This was a stunning choice. Judy is amazing and so is the property. Beautiful private deck for breakfast ourside. I don't have enough nice things to say. I highly recommend this if you are going to the Ptown area.

Pleasant 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Owners are nearby and helpful, if needed. Walking distance to a small Bayside beach, close to golf, and restaurants. Unit is clean, air conditioned, and nicely equipped. The location is private and quiet. There is a new gas grill on the property for use. Cable TV and Internet provided too.

Cape Perfection

Perfect location to beaches and all the fun things to do in the upper Cape, which was our focus. Our "home" was so easily located to EVERYTHING. The property manager/owner was very helpful but not "in your face." The 2 Bedrooms/2 Bath home was airy, clean, comfortable and inviting. We did some cooking but mostly ate out. The grounds around the property were pristine and one could tell, there was a lot of love and pride of ownership..as well as sharing. So glad we stayed here.

We had a great stay ! The house had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The house was comfortable and had all we needed to cook meals for our family. Lovely host!

Incredible Beach Getaway

The house is wonderful!! Very clean, exactly as advertised. Many thoughtful details and homey touches. Minutes away from multiple beaches and 10 minutes to Provincetown. Our family had a wonderful trip! Thanks to Judi for hosting.

More than we had hoped for

In terms of both quality of the accommodations, location, and overall value, this was perhaps the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The house was comfortable and nicely appointed (including really nice beds), and the kitchen was well-stocked with almost all the necessary utensils. Also, the back deck is absolutely lovely. The one caveat I would mention is that if anyone in your party has mobility issues, you can only get into the living area by way of a steep set of interior stairs or a shorter set of outside stairs onto that deck and through a sliding glass door. If that's not a problem, this is a great place to stay.

Great Location and Host

Wonderful host (Judy)! Very quick drive to Head of the Meadow, Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches, accessible with a National Seashore pass for $60/year. Good for Marconi and others as well. Bayside Cold Storage Beach a 10-minute fairly hilly walk, or get a Town parking pass for the week at $100. Best at lower tides. High tide doesn't leave that much room from beach to dunes. Nice place for sundowns and by that time no one is checking for passes. Also quick drive to the Wellfleet area and all that comes with it! Beautiful landscaping and plantings and a nice small deck for relaxing. Quiet Mini-Split HVACs in each main room for even temps throughout the apartment. Good TVs and a big fridge. Compact stacked washer dryer hiding in the 2nd bedroom closet. Works great and so convenient! Note, all rooms were well cleaned. Fairly long staircase access from the front, so we drove up the hill to the back for unloading via the deck. Master bedroom suite is separated from the main apartment by a short hallway at top of main stairway, with keyed locks going each way. There is a secure feel to the entire property. Note all kitchen utensils, plates, etc. we needed were there, clean and in good condition. Thanks Judy! Hopefully see you again.

A Little Piece of Paradise

The apartment is roomy, sunny and very comfortable. The kitchen is welled equipped and organized. My husband and I were on a working vacation, so we appreciated the amount of space and storage of the bedrooms and living room areas as well as the outdoor deck. Highly recommend Captain’s Choice; it is a great restaurant close by. Judy was a very considerate hostess and added a nice touch to make this place a home away from home. Thank you Judy !

excellent stay close to the beach.

This is a clean and well-equipped two bedroom with an amazing location. The owner was super-helpful, providing instructions on everything one might need during their stay, and the bedrooms are spacious.
