Kitchen with full sized oven/hob with extractor over, full size fridge/freezer and microwave.
Lounge with TV/Freeview, double sofa bed and gas fire.

Lovely few days

Really enjoyed our stay. Caravan was very spacious. Only issue was the TV was not working when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great Brilliant last few days of the 6 weeks holiday. Thanks for a lovely few days.

Great little break

We booked last minute and was not sure what to expect. When we arrived we was pleasantly surprised how clean the caravan was.my son is crawling and I had no problem with letting him go it was clean it was safe. The on site entertainment was fantastic both for adults and kids. The swimming pool was nice and warm even at 10 in the morning. Price of food and drinks is fair.it’s only a 10 min drive to Clacton should you wish to leave the site for a day.overall we was very happy with our little break and shall be returning. Thank you.

Good not not good enough for a 5*

I've been disappointed regards no WiFi info at all, with 15wifi available and no password it was impossible to get connected, when your kids want to use internet.. no bin bags no sponge was frustrated, a bit of investment from owner side will improve much better stay

Below average

In general it was below average, the main issue was that the windows were single glazed and one of the lounge windows latch was broken which ment we couldn't close it. It resulted in wind coming through all day/night and it got so noisy at night that we couldn't sleep. WiFi was poor and we end up using the mobile signals.

Caravan wasn't cleaned before we arrived

Saucepan was dirty all the glasses were dirty there was no single bedding on the beds no bed covers were waiting on the beds had to find them in the wardrobes there was no stool for the dressing table no nets up on the bedroom windows
