Newly renovated 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment. One of 4 apartments in a large white house. Private split level terrace, with walled garden and private gated entrance. Quiet location on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the Ile du Levant. Short 5 minute walk down to C beach in La Fossette. 15 minutes walk to the neighbouring picturesque beaches of St Clair and Aiguebelle. A short 5 minute drive to the pretty town and port of Le Lavandou. Large split level terrace with plenty of seating. Private gated garden with off street parking. Modern open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with walk in shower. Main bedroom has a large king size double bed and second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the open plan living area.

It's a nice and modern house with a large terrass offering a beautiful view of the area and sea. It's located on a steep hill, about 10 min walk to the lovely beach of Fossette. Nan as a host was very helpful and friendly.

Nice holiday home strategically located at a close distance from La fossette beach. The flat is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay. It has a parking spade within the property and a wonderful view!

The property was in an immaculate condition, making it feel like staying in a brand new house. The kitchen was fully equipped with all required tools including a dish washer making cooking lunches and dinners at home very easy. Plenty of space in the living room and both bedrooms with very comfortable beds were equipped with separate A/C units, bedding and towels provided of very good quality.. Outside offered both a shaded deck as well as a large garden table with chairs were we enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the sun and having private parking was definitely a great bonus. Location of the property is great, close to a number of beaches and the Le Lavandou town but still providing a quite, relaxing atmosphere away from the buzz perfect for a family. Our landlord Nan was great, keeping in contact before, during and after our stay to make sure that our stay ran smoothly. Without doubt, this will be our choice of place to stay if available when we return next time to the Le Lavandou area..

Very good stay

Our stay on the French Riviera was very good. Nan's house is comfortable, clean and equipped. Excellent location and communication with the owner. I highly recommend this location.

Kleine Oase in La Fossette

Wir haben die Ruhe absolut genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neu. Und die Klimaanlage hat uns kühle erholsame Nächte beschert. Insgesamt ist das Appartement recht klein und bietet nicht ganz so viel Abstellfläche.

Great views

We really enjoyed the excellent views of the hills and water from the outside sitting spaces. Great location and a nice walk along a mostly shaded cycle path for croissants. Lots of nearby crystal clear beaches.

Perfectly

Its a very nice place. The house is perfectly! we enjoy our stay! You looked out to the sea.. To the beach you can walk but its a very steep down and up :) we have used our electric scooters. We liked the parkingplace and the acttractive interior of the house! So we have a lot of fun! And also the contact with the owner Nan online was perfect.. I would recommend this house..

Nice appartment close to the beach

We had a nice and comfortable stay in this appartment, everything we needed was there and it was a short walk downhill to the beach and nice restaurants. For more a car is required. Nice terrace and garde. The communication with Nan was swift and good, an issue with the shower could be resolved quickly.

La maison est décorée avec un excellent goût. 10-15min à pied à la plage du C.

Nous sommes très contents de ce séjour. Nan nous a bien guidé de l'arrivée jusqu'à la fin séjour. La maison est bien équipée pour satisfaire aux besoins quotidiennes, surtout elle est décorée avec des bons goûts ce qui est rare dans les locations du coins. Nous la recommandons fortement pour une famille ou des amis👍 Merci Nan

I have enjoyed family summer holidays in Le Lavandou for many years. This apartment has been in my family for 30 years. This year we carried out a full renovation to modernise the inside and outside. Everything is new!

We love the sea view and quiet and calm of the hillside. It is a very short walk to the beach and all the amenities of seaside town of Le Lavandou and Bormes Les Mimosas. The split level terrace offers sun and shade. The apartment is set within an old white house comprising of just 4 apartments. You get the feeling you are in a house.
