St Anne’s house offers you exclusive use. The house sleeps up to 30 guests in 15 double beds. There are stunning sea views and miles of coastal paths nearby, this really is the place to stay for waterfront vacations or walking holidays with your family and friends. There are 7 beautiful king size rooms available in this exquisite country home with vast gardens, outdoor pool, hot tub, optional licensed bar purely for you. Plus our unique glamping units which all have a double bed, which can increase this up to 40 bed spaces on site for larger group, these are situated behind the property in a separate field.

Absolutely Amazing!

This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. We loved that we could hike a short distance to 2 beaches and the ferry to Plymouth. The teens liked walking down to the ice cream truck on the beach. This far surpassed any house we have rented in the States. A delightful treasure! Thank you Tracey and Neal!

Beyond speechless !

Literally got home and already missing our fantastic stay at st Anne's house. Tracy and Neal went beyond our expectations, to make this stay special and memorable.Quality of the Food from the chef supercedes many restaurants I've visited. Pool area is where we spent most of our time, all amenities are there so no need to keep going back and forth to the house. As for the house ....WOW . From the decor, quality furnituring and period character of the house it's all fitting. .. definitely will be booking again.

All we could want and more.

Where to begin on describing how much fun we had at St Anne's House for our weekend trip? 16 friends gathered from around the country to celebrate a friend's upcoming nuptials and were made right at home thanks to Tracey and Neal. I have to start by thanking them for being on hand for anything we could have needed. Organising a super cooked breakfast and fish & chips supper, offering advice on travel and keeping the place spotless. The attention to detail is second to none and we were blown away by your hospitality. The house is gorgeous! The grounds are stunning and the views outstanding. The heated pool was well-appreciated by all as were the hot-tub and fire pit tables. We're all now plotting a reunion trip - but may bring the families next time so they can also experience the pure joy of St. Anne's House. Thanks for everything!

Brilliant weekend in Devon

St Anne’s House is wonderful, they have everything you need there including catering. Pool and hot tub are covered and a great addition. Mini pub to cater for the outdoor area as well which was perfect. Close to some Sandy beaches and Mountbatten harbour for some watersports. Overall an excellent weekend and would definitely go back! Thanks to the owners Neal and Tracey who made everything seamless.

Beautiful house with great views !

The house was stunning. Very clean, spacious, high ceiling. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was new from the plates to the soft bath towels and the main rooms had just been redecorated. The pool area was very well organised : sun beds, dining area, barbecue and the bar with the darts were loved by all of us. We were very well looked after by Sam (the manager) and the owner Neil who was on hand should we had needed to. We took advantage of the in-house chef who cooked very delicious meals for us. It was very relaxing to be able to eat at home but not to have to do the dishes. The relationship with Sam and Neil were really relaxed and they both made us feel very welcome. We would certainly like to go back !
