Elif apartment Sunninghill, is a luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, that offers as much space as some private villas. Set in peaceful surroundings with much privacy, one of the main attributes is its own large pool and sun terrace for sole use. This modern apartment is very well presented and conveniently situated, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, and a few minutes walk away from the nearest supermarket.
Sunninghill Apartment offers 2 alfresco dining areas, one by the pool and one on the sun terrace, along with the outdoor table tennis over looking the olive grove. The use of 6 sun beds are also available. This apartment benefits from 3 large bedrooms, 2 with sea view balconies and one with an en-suite bathroom.
Sunninghill Apartment is situated over looking the Mediterranean sea and mountains. It is in a quiet location and conveniently located for the local market, all shops and restaurants.

We had a great week at Sunninghill. The pool is great and either two terraces there was plenty of options for shade. The barbe que we used twice which was also great. About 10/15 mins walk downhill into town, we always used taxis coming home as the hills are steep and the taxis are cheap. Jane was super helpful throughout if we had any questions. Would thoroughly recommend.

A great stay

Just returned from 2 weeks at Elif Sunninghill. A modern, bright, clean and spacious accommodation that was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Very comfortable beds and living areas, sun beds and outside dining area. Pool is a great size for doing lengths and not deep so easy for pool games. Very pretty garden around the pool which was private. Made good use of the upper garden in the morning sun and for playing ping pong in the afternoons. Correspondence with Jane was excellent throughout. Ordered a new water bottle and it arrived 20 mins later! The location of Elif was perfect for us, so quiet yet a 2 minute walk to the main road that takes you down to the town. Also great supermarkets that are within a 5 minute walk that are well stocked. I would highly recommend this property and we would return.

Wonderful stay

A great stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, we had everything we needed. The pool is a really good size, and outside patio area very pleasant- vital when the weather is so warm! The house remained cool, with minimal need for air con even in the August heat! The location was good, easily enough to walk down into town and a £4 taxi back. We did walk back a few times so it is possible, just not in the heat of the day! We hired a car which enabled us to drive to supermarket (although its only a 5 min walk) but it made lugging shopping back so much easier! Also meant we could get to the sights without the need of a tour. Jane was excellent with communication, and always more than happy to help and give advice. A wonderful stay, would recommend!

10 Day stay

Excellent 3 bed property with many positives. Fantastic large pool with 6 comfortable sun beds and enough shade when needed. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable especially the large fridge freezer and washing machine and dishwasher. Its an easy 10 minute walk into town and a cheap taxi back if you dont fancy the hill. The owner was very swift in dealing with any issues or queries and we would happily return here in the future.
