The Le Boutique apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay in Tenerife, even to work remotely. It is very bright and carefully decorated.
It is located in the center of the capital, surrounded by all the necessary services, next to emblematic places. You can find leisure areas, shopping centers and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the main market of the city, where you can enjoy the products and typical gastronomy of the island.
The apartment is full of details to make your stay as cozy as possible, very bright, with a comfortable living room for the stay of 4 people, two bedrooms, with queen bed and double bed, one of them has a work area, large dressing room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
It has Wifi Fiber 300mb/s so that they do not stop enjoying their internet connection.
The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator.
The apartment has broadband Internet (unlimited) Fibra 300mb/s, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels.
The building has an elevator and easy access from the street without using stairs.
There are all kinds of services in the area: supermarket (Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour), shopping center, bars, restaurants, promenade, rent a car, football stadium, cinema and all kinds of shops.

The location of this apartment is ideal, it has the advantages of the center and the connectivity of a site that is close to the bus and tram interchange. Less than 5 minutes walk from the historical centre of the capital, the Auditorium and the swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park. In the vicinity the Nuestra Señora de África Market and the 2 main shopping centres in Santa Cruz: El Meridiano and Nivaria and next to them El Corte Inglés. At street level you can find fruit shops, small local shops, as well as hairdressers and all kinds of services.
The apartment is located in the centre of Santa Cruz, very close to the pools from the Maritime Park, the auditorium of Tenerife, the big shopping centres and the main points of interest of the capital. In addition and a few meters from the bus terminal and the tram that connect the capital with the rest of the island.
On Sundays you will find the local market open, along with all the bars and restaurants in the area, where you can discover the rich gastronomy that treasures the city. Near the market is also the flea-market, where every Sunday you will find all kinds of objects for sale.
The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.
