This is your luxurious accommodation in Roquefort-les-Pins in the heart of the golden triangle of the Côte d'Azur. Superbly centrally located in the foothills of the French Alps, not far from the most beautiful beaches of the azure blue Mediterranean Sea, the cities of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Grasse and technology park Sophia Antipolis. This spacious and brand-new flat is the ideal stay for 2 couples or a family with (max.) 3 children (min. 13 years) and the perfect base for city trips and all kinds of fun excursions.

**** The pool will remain available until the end of October and is heated to a very pleasant 27 degrees Celsius ****

Luxurious apartment
On the top floor of Villa Orange, which is fully air conditioned, awaits you a luxurious and exclusive 2-bedroom apartments, each with its own bathroom. The spacious and stylish apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living and dining area and a beautiful terrace. The bedrooms have comfortable king-size box spring beds and the bathrooms have a relaxing rain shower. There is a heated swimming pool for shared use.

Accessibility
Villa Orange is very easy to reach by car, by plane and by bus. From the A8 motorway it is only a 10-minute drive to Villa Orange, from the Nice-Côte d'Azur international airport 20-25 minutes. At 50 meters from the villa is a bus stop with a direct and fast connection to, among others, the airport of Nice, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer and the centre of Nice.

French cities
From Villa Orange you can visit the famous cities of Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco and Saint-Tropez. Also, charming villages such as Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Eze are easily accessible. A drive to Italy is within reach to visit places like Ventimiglia, Bordighera and even San Remo.

Mediterranean Sea
The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the azure blue sea water or take the boat to the Îles de Lerins, 2 islands off the coast of Cannes.

Golf courses
The Côte d'Azur has many beautiful golf courses amidst breathtaking landscapes. In the vicinity of Villa Orange are dozens of golf courses. Golf d'Opio in Valbonne is only 5 minutes away.

Roquefort-les-Pins
The quiet village has some good restaurants, bakeries with delicious fresh baguettes and warm croissants. A medical centre and a pharmacy for emergencies are on site. A Dutch speaking doctor has a practice in a nearby village.

Friends on tour

Everything was perfect, from start to finish. Iris & Martijn were super helpful, providing recommendations for where to go & making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is ideal, a bar / restaurant within walking distance and the beautiful Verbonne, Grasse and Gourdon close by. A car is recommended, but apparently the bus goes from the end of the road, and even goes directly to the airport. We will definitely be back again next year!

Erwartungen übertroffen

Sauberste Unterkunft die ich je gemietet habe, alles in tadellosem Zustand und hervorragend eingerichtet. Einziger möglicher Abzug ist die noch nicht fertiggestellte Außenanlage rund um den sehr angenehmen Pool, welche evtl. in der Anzeige bis zur Fertigstellung erwähnt werden sollte. Es ist aber alles nutzbar und das ist „Meckern auf höchstem Niveau“ :-) Ich würde jederzeit erneut buchen. Grüße Jan-Niklas

Appartement neuf, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Logement idéal pour deux couples. Les petites attentions des propriétaires sont un plus. Un séjour dans des conditions optimales, que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très soigné et agréable à vivre, propreté impeccable, grands espaces, décoration sobre et élégante. Une bouteille de vin rosé dans le frigo pour nous accueillir, délicate attention du propriétaire vivant à l'étage en dessous, très aimable, souriant et discret. Bref un séjour de rêve accompagné du soleil presque toute la semaine entre Noël et le jour de l'an. La région est magnifique et regorge de randonnées à couper le souffle. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété

excellentes prestations

accueil tres sympathique, appartement tres agreable: grand lumineux et tres propre. La piscine etait bien chaude, une invitationa à y passer du temps. Quant à la region il y a bien sur énormément de choses a faire. Un excellent sejour, merci a nos hotes !

Wonderful location, friendly hosts

The apartment is in an idyllic and picturesque, typically French village, with all the things you would expect: several top quality bakers, an excellent butcher, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. All within a short drive of the entire Cote d'Azure. We had a wonderful time exploring and the apartment was the perfect base for us to enjoy the south of France from. We all had a lovely time. The weather in early August was flawless - perfect blue skies and temperatures in the low 30's. Martijn and Iris were wonderful hosts - very friendly and helpful and the apartment offers everything we could have needed and is decorated and finished to a very high standard. We really experienced the luxury of the South of France. All of us agree that we will definitely visit again as soon as we can.
