This 4-bedroom house is located in eastern Istria, 9 km from Labin. Only 10 km drive is needed to the first beach "Rabac".;
A private pool of 32 m2 is located in a fenced yard. On the covered terrace there is a table with 8 seats and an outdoor fireplace.
Villa Ula is a spacious Mediterranean-style house, lined with stone, and offers 174 m2 of living space.
The house consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
Three bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth room has 2 single beds.
Each bedroom has an En Suite bathroom with shower.
There is also one toilet for all guests.
Guests can enjoy table football, darts, a PS3 console and two bicycles.
For families with children, a high chair is offered.
Private fenced parking, WiFi and satellite channels are included in the price.
