The outdoor space is an oasis for relaxation and a place where you will completely connect with nature. 2000 m2 land around villa with natural shade from the tree and other Mediterranean vegetation is aroma therapy for all your senses. The villa is offering sunbeds around the pool and a few hammocks among the trees to unwind from everyday stress.Every bedroom has an exit to the terrace, and plus there is a main terrace – ideal for sipping the first morning coffee. The other part of the terrace is also great, where you can find a big dining table close to the barbecue, perfect for dinners and socializing with family and friends. In the garden, there is a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, which makes it even more an ideal place for relaxation. The area around the garden and pool is intimately lit so that you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere in the evening.


Porec, which juts out into the open sea, the winding streets that lead to the cultural sights of the city are e.g. the Euphrasia Basilica, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old fortress walls, or the Freedom Square where festivals and other events take place regularly. Many leisure activities are available, from water sports such as jet skiing, surfing and aquaparks (ideal for children) to hiking, climbing, and go-karting. Poreč is also known as the party metropolis of Istria, with one of the largest discos in Croatia, the Byblos, and thus attracts great DJs from all over the world.
