PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – In the small village of Filottrano, in the heart of the Marche countryside, Villa Flavia is a spacious and comfortable residence, perfect for large families or groups of friends wishing to share moments of relaxation and togetherness. The bright and tastefully furnished interiors are enhanced by large windows that create a pleasant continuity with the garden. The professional kitchen allows guests to prepare meals together or host a private chef to enjoy traditional local dishes. Outside, a large enclosed garden — ideal for those traveling with pets — surrounds the property. The natural swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and overlooking the fields, offers moments of genuine well-being, while the barbecue and wood-fired oven area invites guests to spend delightful evenings outdoors. Thanks to its privileged location, the villa provides easy access to the Riviera del Conero, with its beautiful beaches in Numana, Sirolo, and Porto Recanati, as well as to the art cities of Loreto, with its famous Basilica, and Recanati, birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi. Villa Flavia is the ideal place to discover the authentic soul of the Marche region, where nature, comfort, and conviviality blend in timeless harmony.

Main entrance is through a charming tower. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table, fireplace and TV corner; here you can access the outdoor area and garden. On the same floor there is a professional kitchen, accessible toilet, bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there is a small panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and bunk bed with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor leads to the tower consisting of a small study, bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with a double bedroom accessible via a wooden staircase. The whole structure is equipped with air conditioning. The farmhouse area is under video surveillance; the system is deactivated during rental periods.

A stunning villa perfect for our group of four families

We stayed at Villa Flavia for a week in July and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa is even more beautiful in person than the photos, and it was the perfect size for our large group. We stayed in the main house, which was very spacious and comfortable. The living room/dining room was large and bright, and the kitchen was amazing with top-of-the-line appliances and stainless steel countertops. The bedrooms were clean and spacious enough and the children loved their own room up in the “tower”. The pool was also fantastic, with different areas for swimming, diving, and playing. The sun shone on the pool all day long, and we especially enjoyed swimming in the evenings. The outdoor sofa area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful views of the rolling hills. The villa also had great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. The only minor drawbacks were that the wifi could have been a bit stronger and that pool towels were not included in the price. It would also have been nice to have an outdoor dining area closer to the house. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Villa Flavia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, luxurious, and relaxing villa in Marche.

Dear Leena, many thanks for your kid review. We're so happy that you had a nice stay and that the property has adapted to the needs of your group. About the wi-fi signal, please consider that being at the countryside reception might be affected and also many devices all in once can slow down. About the dining area, owners have preferred to create a large space right next to the barbecue and wood oven area to have an alternative to the dining area inside, which offers bright and large windows on the ground floor facing directly the garden. Zwei perfekte Wochen in der Villa Flavia – Erholung pur mit Pool, Komfort und Top-Service

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Flavia in Filottrano. Die Villa ist toll und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück und die Villa war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es ist komplett eingezäunt und hat ein elektrisches Tor. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool , sowie die Großraumküche. Bei 14 Personen war das Highlight in der Küche der Wasserspender, der konstant für eiskaltes Wasser (auch Sprudel) gesorgt hat. Der Pool ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, kleinere Kinder sollten jedoch Badeschuhe tragen. Ebenso kann man im Pool auch gut seine Bahnen schwimmen (ca. 15m Länge). Nach ca. 1 Woche wurden wir von Hausmeister Lucio mit zwei neuen Sonnenschirmen überrascht. Es sind also ab sofort vier Schirme am Pool vorhanden. Der Boiler für das Warmwasser springt öfters bei Überlastung (6 Duschen) aus, ist aber mit einem Knopfdruck sofort wieder einsatzbereit. Kleinere Einkaufsläden, wie einen SI Supermarkt und gute Restaurants, Beerstrot (Burger),Mac Max (Pizza, Burger) und La Torre (Takeaway Fisch) gibt es direkt in Filottrano, ca 5-10 Minuten Fahrtweg. Große Supermärkte, Conad Superstore zB. liegen ca 30 Minuten entfernt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön gilt dem Housesitter Lucio, der uns bei jeglicher Frage mit seiner höflichen und diskreten Art zur Seite stand und uns öfters auch mal etwas aus seinem Gemüsegarten vorbei brachte :)

Buena acogida en hora tardia

Tuvimos muy buena acogida , aunque llegamos a una hora tardia, debido a la distancia con el aeropuerto. La casa es amplia y cómoda. La piscina espectacular, pero no pudimos usarla debido al clima de la época. Calma y tranquilidad María Teresa
