Self-contained contemporary room with secluded patio / garden in a quiet rural neighbourhood.

The Room:
A medium firm kingsize bed, 100% cotton bedding, silent mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, crockery, wifi, usb sockets, TV, underfloor heating, blackout curtains and blinds , hooks and hangers (no wardrobe) and a sliding door to the wc / shower room - see photos.

Step out of the French doors onto your private patio. Enjoy sunny summers, awesome autumns and wonderful winters.

Donkeys, cows, ponies and deer roam freely in the New Forest (and 5 mins down the road pigs and piglets too) side step our driveway cattle grid and you're in The New Forest National Park - 71.000 acres of protected land within the 140,000 acres of the New Forest,

Wander on foot or bike for miles across heathland, woodland, trails and paths, it is truly a wonderful area to explore. Grab some rejuvenating tranquility in the surrounding nature and wilderness.

LOCAL EATS:
The Potting Shed, gorgeous rural cafe and a farm shop are a 4 minute walk. There are three great pubs within a few minutes walking distance - The Foresters, The Royal Oak and the Three Lions. Check opening times online.

Fordingbridge is an 8 minute drive. The George pub (1984) is right on the river Avon. La Lambretta, is superb Italian pizzeria & restaurant. New Wongs Garden is a good Chinese takeaway and The Raj Indian restaurant. Ringwood market town is 5 miles away for a much wider choice or restaurants, bars and pubs.

There's lots to do if you want to - beautiful beaches are found in the Bournemouth and Sandbanks area, easy to reach by car. Salisbury and Stonehenge are close too.

We allow sufficient time for ventilation, cleaning and sanitizing which we do to a very high standard.

The room was built new in 2021 and has “countryside plumbing” so excuse the sounds from the shower pump, macerator toilet and sink.

We live above in the rest of the house and are around for anything you may need. We look forward to hosting you!
