Modern Self-Contained independent ensuite room on its own forming the lower corner of our house with own entrance, secluded patio and garden.

Nestled in Hyde SP6, a peaceful rural neighbourhood in The New Forest National Park.

Forest Palms is the name we give the studio ..
Note the actual address :)

THE SPACE:
Medium firm King-size bed, 100% cotton bedding, underfloor heating, ensuite shower room separated by a sliding door, blackout curtains, silent mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, (no cooker) TV, WiFi, USB sockets, storage box, hangers, complimentary treats, condiments and more.

French doors onto your private patio, sip your morning coffee or relax under the stars. Whether you're visiting in sunny summers, crisp autumns, or cozy winters, this peaceful escape is designed for year-round enjoyment.

Just beyond our driveway cattle grid you'll find freely roaming donkeys, ponies, cows, and even deer. Five minutes down the road, you might even spot pigs and piglets in September/October!

With 71,000 acres of protected heathland, woodlands, and trails, the New Forest National Park is a dream destination for walking, cycling, and simply soaking in nature’s beauty.

LOCAL DINING:
 The Potting Shed café & farm shop are a 4-min walk. The Foresters Arms is an 8 min walk. The Royal Oak a 15 min walk. The Three Lions is 15 mins walk. (Check online for opening times)

Fordingbridge is a 5 minute drive you have: The George, a historic pub with Riverside dining. New Wongs Garden Chinese and The Raj Indian Restaurant. Philpott's fish n chips. A Co-op and a Tesco Express. For a wider choice, explore the vibrant market town of Ringwood (just 5 miles away).

Beyond the forest are the stunning beaches of Bournemouth & Sandbanks, the iconic Stonehenge & historic Salisbury.

This newly built space (2021) comes with countryside charm—including a macerator toilet and shower pump (so expect a little sound from the countryside plumbing!).

We live above in the main house and are always happy to help if you need anything during your stay.

Excellent and relaxing stay in a wonderful area

We loved it! It was very clean, comfy and welcoming. The garden had lovely flowers. We enjoyed the very nice pool as well. It was a little piece of paradise in a lovely area of England. We hope to come back again soon.

Secluded gem in New Forest

Immaculate contemporary studio, tucked away in a beautiful area. Jacqui and Pascal were fantastic hosts, the studio and pool (heated) was an amazing place to stay, we shall return again soon. Thank you both for a lovely weekend. Michèl & Alan

Perfect accommodation in the perfect location

Upon our arrival the property was even better than the amazing pictures we had seen, very clean, modern and a perfect setting for a new forest stay.

Chilling at Forest palms .

Totally relaxing and peaceful break . Perfect hosts and a beautiful modern place to stay with lovely gardens and a pool !!. Surrounded by the peace of the New Forest and a lovely place to get breakfast a two minute walk away at the Potting Shed and lovely homely pub 5 min walk . Loved it here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend people to stay .

Perfect country retreat

We had a lovely stay for my birthday! We really enjoyed using the pool, the garden is gorgeous too. The property is great, very clean and had everything we needed.

A gem of a place!

Jacqui and Pas are brilliant, welcoming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble but care is taken to ensure privacy for guests. The pool is warm and the room is clean and contemporary. Breakfasts on the patio, surrounded by beautiful flowers and wildlife were a joy and all of this was just a short walk from heathland where cows, ponies and donkeys roam freely. A most enjoyable 5-night stay!

Bank Holiday weekend stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Very clean and beautifully presented. Lots of great storage and a little welcome basket on arrival. Lovely surroundings and private courtyard space. Thank you. We had a lovely time. :)

Our home is in The New forest National Park, a place of beauty and wonder - we've lived in the area for 10 years and still are amazed at the local roaming ponies, donkeys, cows, deer and pigs in autumn.

Walk out from the driveway cattlegrid into the countryside, heathland, woodland and views .. experience being in the national park with ponies, donkeys, cows (and deer at dusk). Let nature and clean air do its job.

Being close to nature can bring some peace and balance to life. Recharge, revitalize and refresh here in peaceful surroundings.
