Please note: water supply is from a local stream; please be mindful of use in dry seasons. Please note that the property is equipped with an electrically operated water treatment system. For safety and operational reasons, do not switch off the electricity supply. CCTV is in operation covering the car park. Please note that due to the rural location the wifi is not as fast as city speeds and can occasionally be intermittent but the TV does also have a Freeview aerial.
