This 6 bedroom villa has an excellent location, as it takes just 10 minutes walk down to the center of Vilamoura and Marina. If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious villa and seclusion combined with proximity to a lively resort and the centre of Vilamoura with its bustling modern Marina and abundant amenities only about 500 meters away, then is Villa Paraíso the right accommodation for you. Very spacious lounge with dinning area, separated by two steps, equipped kitchen, W.C., large entrance and hall. The pool is at the rear of the house where a high fence separates the garden from the golf course which offers peaceful and enjoyable views. This 6 bedroom villa (all en-suite) is ideal for big groups or families. IMPORTANT: From April 2025 there will be air conditioning in all the 6 bedrooms.

Lovely property, ample space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 4 downstairs, all with ensuites. Backs onto a golf course so very quiet around us, with only a 10-15min walk to the marina, and a few convenience stores (Spar) closeby - felt very safe walking around. Dishwasher and washing machine came in handy tooWe had 5 adults and 5 kids aged 4-9 staying and everyone had an amazing time - pool was perfect, and lots of sunbeds to relax on.Fernando was a great host, with quick responses to questions and even organised airport transfers for us all.Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely family holiday at the villa, it was within 20 min stroll, to the marina. The kitchen was very well equipped, we found everything we needed (though we only made toast & cereal breakfast and salad and bread lunches) and much more. The washing machine saved loads of time on our return home (almost everything we wore we washed daily). Slight negative, was, the bathrooms could all do with refits, (to bring them to a better standard, like the improved kitchen), there were some cracks in the tiles, this didn’t affect their use. We found Fernando to be a welcoming host, full of local knowledge and responded quickly with any questions.

Hi Kim: Thank you for your review. In fact the bathrooms were programed by the owners to be renovated before this season, but a big storm last winter damaged a lot their business where thay had to spend a lot of money to rebuilt it. They said they will do it before next season, so I'm almost sure if you'll come again in the future you will find new ones. Thank you for your stay.

We were a group of 7 gents in Vilamoura for 5 nights. The property is in a safe and quiet area around a 15 walk from the marina. It has a lovely pool, plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, and backing onto the 16th green at Pinhal golf course.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each has an ensuite and air conditioning. We particularly liked to outdoor tables around which we spent a lot of time eating, drinking and chatting.Fernando was a fabulous host always available for help and advice and a really friendly guy! He advised that the bathrooms will be upgraded in the near future but all were fine if a little on the dated side.All in all Fernando's place is great value for money, comfortable, and close to the local Spar and the fun of the marina and I'm very happy to recommend it for your stay.Thanks again Fernando!!

Fantastic villa in a great location.

We had the best time at Villa Paraiso. The pool and garden were perfect places to cool off on some beautifully hot days. Each bedroom is ensuite which is a real bonus when 2 families are sharing the villa. Fernando was a great host and was on hand to welcome us to the villa. It’s location is great. It’s situated in a quiet and private area which backs on to a golf course but only a 5 minute walk to the nearest bar and supermarket and a 10 minutes walk to the marina, which makes it quiet in the evenings but close enough to walk for dinner. We would definitely love to return here for another holiday.

Beautiful property in lovely surroundings, close to amenities.The house was slightly dated, but that only added to its charm. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and air conditioning, which was a brilliant addition.We were a family of seven adults and four children, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was well maintained throughout our visit without disturbing us. The shallow end with steps was perfect for the smaller children to get in and out safely, while the deeper end was ideal for the older ones.The seating areas were spacious and fit us all comfortably. The outdoor BBQ area was a hit, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fridge-freezer was a good size, and having a washing machine was a real bonus!The property is within walking distance of local shops, crazy golf, and the marina with its variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants.Fernando was there to greet us and was very friendly and approachable. He explained everything we needed to know and even suggested places to visit nearby.The property backs onto the golf course, which was a bonus for some of our guests. It has fencing and privacy planting, so unless we intentionally looked beyond the garden, it felt like our own private haven.Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location - Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of outside space

Had a fantastic time and would loved to have stayed longer. Older style property but adequate for our needs. The bathrooms are rather dated and could do with overhead showers rather than hand held however the pool and outside space was really good with a shaded patio/dining area to rear being very welcome in the heat! Perfect location - 10 mins walk from Marina and 5 mins to local Spar. Fernando is lovely and very accommodating.
