It is located 150 m from the "Autoservicio la Providencia" supermarket, 400 m from the "Playa de la Costilla" sand beach, 40 km from the "Aeropuerto Jerez" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban area.

It has an elevator, 35 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, electric radiator heating, garage in the same building, 2 televisions.
The independent kitchen, mixed: gas and electric, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
