Set on a beautiful complex, this quiet villa enjoys an enviable position overlooking the swimming pool and looking out over the rural landscape. The views from the first floor bedroom and the second floor, private roof terrace to the Troodos Mountains and to Paphos Forest are truly spectacular.
A 10 minute walk takes you into the centre of Polis with its quiet laid-back charm and to its varied eateries and traditional tavernas, therefore a car is unnecessary, however is useful for exploring further afield.
Sleeps 6 ( 3 bedrooms).
This villa is enjoys private, off-road parking. Overlooking the swimming pool and sun-bathing terrace and set over two floors with the addition of a lovely roof terrace with stunning views.
The villa has been lovingly furnished and decorated with quality fixtures and fittings, the fully fitted kitchen also has the befit of a Dish Washer, large sliding patio doors allow the outside in.
There is a large, flat-screen tv and satellite box which provides a wide variety of English channels, film and children's channels plus a DVD player.
The balconies from 2 of the bedrooms overlook the pool and sundeck. For those who enjoy a glass of wine or two when on holiday, the town of Polis is a few minutes walk, so even the designated driver can partake in the celebrations.
Cot and high chair can be provided on request for a small fee. A welcome pack is provided on arrival at an extra charge of 25 Euros Because this property is within walking distance to Polis, a car is not essential and collections can be arranged from Paphos airport at a fraction the price of the local taxis.

Great house and amenities.We were able to extend our check out from 11am to 6pm (35) which was great.Only downfall, which has been mentioned in previous reviews, was the smell from the en suite. Despite my partner 'getting used' to the odour, I could not and had to keep the door closed. The bathroom adjacent had a different smell to it. The shower screen leaked under the hinge and so we were mindful put the bath mat below where the water seeped out onto the floor.Other than the bathroom issues and the heat (I know, it's Cyprus!), great time all round.We have stayed at Polis Gardens in different properties for the last 12 years and I like that fact that my boys had separate bedrooms now that they're teenagers. I did leave a lot of water, food etc, I hope it was taken and used

The villa was very spacious just what we were looking for the only down thing was the very bad smell from the drains that filled the villa at times and we could have done with a few more towels

Great Villa

Beautiful villa and amenities right next to the pool. Polis is a lovely town with excellent restaurants and in close proximity to Latchi. Overall excellent.

Short Break in Polis

The accommodation was lovely and just as advertised. Nice and spacious for everyone with good outside areas. The only negative was the sewerage smell in the ensuite bathroom was on some days was so overpowering.

Good place to stay in Polis

We ve been the third time in Polis Gardens and it s a perfect place to stay when you like it quiet. The house has a very nice roof terrace where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. At the ground floor is another terrace with view to the pool area. Washing Maschine and disher made it a comfortable place to stay. Only the old leather couches should be replaced soon…everything else was perfect

The great Holiday in Cyprus -Paradise in a great holidayhouse

We had have a beautiful holiday in Polis .The pafilia gardens are a nice idea for make to holiday.there it is very quit and nice. In the near you can find a supermarket ,restaurants.To Polis camping site and beach you can go to foot and find a very nice tavern (family karouzis).From polis we made trips to Afrodite/Adonis trail, Latsi (rented a boat),afrodite rock in petra tou romiou, visiting paphos and in Agros the Rose factory .A Beach of paradise in the near of Argaka to find and many more to make in the holiday there. With Katie and Georgia we had very nice mailcontact. We come back again in next holidays if it possible. Thank you for this special stay

Amazing Villa

The process of renting this villa was so easy. From the word go the managers Anne and Garry could not have been more helpful. The property is situated in a lovely complex right next to a good size swimming pool. It is a great location for exploring the Akamas peninsula and beyond.

Perfect apartment for our family

A great 10 day stay in this lovely, clean, spacious apartment. Anne & Garry were incredibly helpful and kind, even coming out at 10:30pm on a Sunday evening when we’d misplaced our key! We’ll be back!!!

Great location

Handily located within walking distance of supermarket and the town centre bars and restaurants. All the facilities you could need such as well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good aircon and Wifi. Patio doors straight onto the pool, which was always quiet with sunbeds to spare and nice cool water. Would definitely return.
