In Imperia Porto Maurizio, in the heart of Borgo Marina, a studio apartment 100 meters from golden sandy beaches and the new tourist marina. First floor (no elevator), approximately 30 square meters, maximum capacity 2 people. Inside: living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette (2-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment), bathroom with shower. Well-kept, air-conditioned environment, designed for those who want to enjoy the sea without stress and without a car.
Essential amenities for a comfortable vacation: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, iron and ironing board.
The location is a real plus: everything is within walking distance. Sandy beaches 100 meters away, bars and typical restaurants below the apartment, supermarket, pharmacy, shops. The marina is a short walk away, as is the seafront promenade. No car is needed: the apartment is in the heart of the pedestrian area (so it cannot be reached by car), with public parking about 300 meters away.
Perfect for a young couple or two travelers who want a simple, dynamic, and 100% seaside vacation.
Pets are not allowed.
