Magnificent chalet in the heart of La Plagne - Les Arcs ski resort. Chalet Pierra Menta (325m2) is a completely renovated 20 person chalet located in the small but cosy village of Les Coches...

Fabulous Hobbit style Sauna with a view of the mountains - a perfect way to relax after a days skiing either through the trees, off-piste, on the cruisy blues or the heights of the glaciers...

The property is right next to the slopes and has a stunning views of the Mont Blanc. The lively centre of Les Coches with ski school, shops, bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk of the chalet, though the property is located in a quiet area of the domain...

The ski pistes are just 70 metres away from the chalet, and at the end of the day you can ski directly to the chalet door. Les Coches which is situated right in the heart of the Paradiski area and it is one of the prettiest parts of the whole ski area since the whole village is surrounded by forest..

The property consists of 9 bedrooms in total. All bedrooms are en-suite, with four having baths as well as showers. Several rooms have balconies or access to the rear terrace.

The garage houses the ski storage room complete with heated boot racks for your comfort.
There is place for three cars in front of the garages and lots of other space in the street.

The sitting area has an open fire (wood provided) with television, board games etc

The dining area has a wood burning stove.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with 4 ovens, 2 dishwasher, 2 kettles and plenty of pots/pans/crockery/cutlery. Plus a Weber BBQ..

End Cleaning 350€ (obligatory)
Optional: Bath towels ( 1 big- 1 small): 6€ pp
Optional: Bed sheets ( made beds and cleaning of sheets): 15€ pp
You will be asked to pay a damage deposit of 1500€. Will be refunded within two weeks after your stay.

Ski en famille

Châlet agréable pour des vacances en famille, cuisine très bien équipée, belle vue sur le mont blanc, proche de chemins de randonnées et des pistes pour les skieurs. Pour les tout petits retour des cours de ski en voiture ainsi que pour le retour du village des Côches pour les arrières grands parents, belle côte.

Great stay at chalet la plagne

The chalet is perfectly located to ski in the entire Paradiski area. The chalet is a place where you really feel welcomed and which not only looks good but also has the required kitchen tools etc. to live in it for a week. The owner is super approachable on how to make the best out of the stay (e.g. how to get baguette delivery service every morning).We really enjoyed the stay

Great Ski Chalet

Chalet Pierra Menta is a beautiful chalet in a great location. We were a party of 14 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were comfortable and the chalet very well equipped with the ground floor ski/boot room, sauna and self catering equipment. Communication with the owner, Edward was brilliant from the moment of booking, during our stay and through departure. With enough snow the chalet is ski in and a short walk (200m) for ski out. The WiFi worked but I would recommend either a signal booster or relocation of the router to improve the signal around the chalet. All in all a great chalet with great facilities that I highly recommend.

Nice chalet in great location

A really well-located, genuinely ski-in ski-out, chalet for both La Plagne and Les Arcs. Comfortable without being luxurious, well-equipped spacious kitchen, fabulous views. We had a nice stay, thanks!

Tout juste adapté à notre famille (18 + jeune fille au pair)

À proximité des pistes (retour à ski par le jardin) et à l’écart du centre, dans le haut du village, un jardin où pratiquer de la luge après le ski, parking aisé et tout proche, au centre d’un grand domaine skiable, tout en étant dans un petit village, situation nord —> bonne neige, vue sur le Mont Blanc. Chalet super équipé (2 lave-vaisselle, 2 fours, 5-6 taques de cuisson à induction, de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine en suffisance, lave-linge, sèche-linge bien pratiques pour familles avec bébés…), chaleureux, très bien conçu, bonne disposition des chambres pour assurer un certain calme à chacun, un local à skis avec chauffe-bottines… De bons conseils dispensés pour se faire livrer le pain, pour se fournir en produits locaux… Difficile de tout énumérer… Bref, à recommander !

Excellent séjour en famille à la Plagne les Coches

Les caractéristiques de cette propriété correspondent parfaitement au descriptif sur le site Abritel. Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Edward, le propriétaire, était à l’écoute de nos moindres commentaires et la communication était parfaite. Ma famille et moi recommandons vivement cette propriété.

Chalet au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis dans ce chalet qui était au top! Très bien équipé, au pied des pistes, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain… De plus, Edward est un hôte avec qui la communication a été très facile, il est réactif et arrangeant. Merci encore ! Super chalet style savoyard. Idéale pour famille/groupe d'amis

Nous étions au Chalet Pierra Menta fin novembre pour faire des randonnées. Il est très bien situé au calme et il y a bcp de sentiers qui qui ont leurs départ près du chalet. Pour le ski ça doit être super car il est sur la piste! Nous étions entre amis c'était très comfortable car chaque chambre a sa salle de bain privée (ensuite). La cuisine est très bien équipée (plancha, raclette et une cuisinière Falcon) Apres les randonnées profiter d'un sauna. c'était super.

Très beau chalet situé au pied des pistes de ski, conforme à la description

Très bon accueil de la part de chris et linda. Le chalet se compose de 9 chambres indépendantes avec chacune une salle d eau. Chalet situé au pied des pistes. Local à ski dernier cri avec système de séchage des chaussures. Grand salon avec cuisine et salle à manger séparée. Sauna avec vue sur les montagnes. De très bonnes vacances en perspective!

White Christmas in Les Coches

We were a large group of 4 families with adult children (15 adults in total) who spent the first week of the 2019 season in Chalet Pierra Menta. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well equipped kitchen, eating around the long table in the dining room, the comfy seating in the living room and the 2 fireplaces.The view of Mont Blanc from the large kitchen window is superb Everybody was comfortable in their en-suite rooms, although a floor plan of the chalet beforehand would have helped us to allocate rooms better beforehand. (3 of the 9 bedrooms were much smaller than the others.) Having ski'ed many times in La Plagne, Montchavin and Les Arcs before, we expected to have some problems with snow and ski in ski out early in the season. With the red run down to Pierre Blanche chair lift closed, we had to drive down to Les Coches every morning. The more experienced skiers in our group were able to return via the slopes in the afternoon. There was a good dump of snow the week before we arrived, and we had sunny weather from Christmas day onwards. Snow conditions on the top of Roche de Mio in La Plagne was good and conditions in Les Arcs even better. Linda and her team provided great service, especially with the booking of lift passes, sourcing us a Christmas tree, and ideas for activities for non-skiers. There are lots of walking routes in the area as well. I can recommend this chalet for a large self-catered group if you want to a have white Christmas in the Alps.

As a family we we love outdoor activities such as sailing, skiing and hiking. Being able to buy this fantastic chalet was like a dream come through.
It is nice to invite friends and family to the chalet, having fun on the slopes during the day and in the evening preparing a nice meal for the group around the very big table. The magnificent view on the Mont Blanc or the cosy heat from the wood stove in the evening are the finishing touch:)
When we are working or not able to be there we are happy to rent out the chalet and let you enjoy this nice place!

Chalet Pierra Menta is a lovely chalet in a great location (Les Coches is in the center of Paradiski, one of the biggest ski resorts in Europe) It is on the slope. Returning to the chalet you can ski all the way onto the terrace in the back yard. Ski-out: A walk of 50m to the slope will be just fine to warm up and hit the slopes another day😀.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The really great thing about this chalet is that it sleeps up to 20 people and the chalet is really spacious enough . There is also a high level of privacy for everybody: every room has its own bathroom. Three different stairs lead to separate areas in the chalet hosting a few rooms.

This chalet is very well equipped, for example, with 2 dishwashers! AND now a brand new sauna with a mountain view not to be missed. Two wood stoves make it complete.
