A beautiful apartment in a small residence with swimming pool and and a secured parking. The apartment is like a house with direct access from the outside.
It is located near the city and shops, 200 m from the beach.
The the 86 m2 apartment has two terraces of 20 m2 to the south and north.
It is composed of :
- a large air-conditioned living room with large screen TV and wi-fi.
- fitted kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle ...
- dining area for 6 people.
- two air-conditioned bedrooms with large closet.
- two bathrooms, one with toilet and washing machine.
- a separate toilet with sink
- Available in the park, a barbecue and an outdoor lounge for aperitif and picnic.

I enjoy nature, hiking, sea and mountains, everything is within close reach. Plus, I like good French food, wine, and nice people. I like meeting people and hosting and welcoming everyone to Banyuls is a pleasure.

Banyuls is a fantastic place to spend your holidays with your family or friends. You have a large variety of outdoor activities available for all ages; fine beaches, boat trips, boat rentals (with ou without a license), jet-ski, deep sea diving, snorkelling, canoeing, canyoning, horseback riding, vineyard tours, cultural and historical sightseeing. For hiking enthusiasts, the Grande Randonnée 10 starts just outside Banyuls and you can walk for hours in the hills or along the sea.
