The cottage has a whirlpool for 2 people and a sauna for 6 people for relaxation and well-being. There is Chromecast, DVD player, free, wireless internet m.m. The house also has table football. There are three bedrooms and two lofts with four mattresses. Two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. In the sauna and whirlpool there is the opportunity for relaxation and plenty of space. There is an energy-saving heat pump and air conditioning. High chair for the little ones. The house is located on a 370 m & # 178; large natural plot. Large terrace of which the 12 m2 is closed and 110 m2 is open. Plenty of space to sunbathe, relax, have fun with the family and grill the good summer evenings. Gas grill available. Close to the house there is a large common area for free use. Here you can play football, ball games, mini golf, etc. The house is close to bowling, golf course, welcome center, Put & amp; Take and close to shopping and downtown. Not for rent to youth groups.
