While the interior is completely renovated and modernly equipped, outdoor areas preserve the old charm and spirit of the Istrian traditional lifestyle.
This rustical holiday home with a pool, large garden, and many terraces lays on a plot of 750m2.
Villa Ambience is a 3-bedroom vacation home, suitable for 6-7 guests. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor. Villa has 2 bathrooms with a shower and an additional toilet.
The ground floor is designed as an open space concept with a living room, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor area features covered summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table. The highlight of the enclosed garden is the swimming pool with a lovely sun deck equipped with sun loungers.Free WiFi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa Ambience.
Villa Ambience with pool is located in quiet village Kanfanar, less than 15 minutes drive to Rovinj town. The freeway entrance is 3 kilometers from the villa which means you can easily explore any place in Istria, whether it is on the eastern or western coast, and many Istrian inland towns. The closest airport to Villa Ambience is Pula Airport, which is within 30-minute drive distance.

The house is very good. It's very clean and well-equipped with everything the traveler needs. The location was perfect for us, quite far from the noisy beaches and resorts but just about 20 minutes drive to the sea.

Wonderful place!

We (2 families: 4 adults, then our 3 young children) have enjoyed our holidays at this wonderful place. This beautiful and lovely house was our home during the holidays. It was very clean, cozy and we've found everything we need. Very important, the air condition - such an enjoyment when we came in after touring through the great landscape.

Kommen gerne wieder

Man ist mit dem Auto schnell auf der Autobahn, ohne dass man sie vom Haus aus hört. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spotless

Spotless clean, and very well maintained; also, all amenities needed were available, kitchen completely equipped, you could not miss anything in the house; we even wanted to spend an evening at home, just to enjoy the villa and the back garden. The host was very kind and attentive. It is a dream vacation when you decide to rent this house, and we fully recommend renting this property!

Das Haus ist ein unfassbar schönste Haus! Alles war neu, absolut sauber und wunderschön. Die Bilder lassen einen guten Eindruck erkennen. Das Haus ist natürlich nicht direkt am Meer aber in 20 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Rovinj bzw. den Strand. Für uns hätten die Tage in Kroatien nicht besser sein können und wir freuen uns sehr darüber dieses Haus entdeckt zu haben!

Lovely

The house was lovely, set in a beautiful Croatian little village; a bit to travel to the sea, but we did not mind this - we were aware of the exact location; close to Bale and Rovinj, and the beaches of both these two towns. Within 20 minutes, anything was reachable. The house itself is very nice, and full of character - a great typical Croatian stone villa, which we absolutely loved!

Der Vermieter war super nett und unkompliziert! Wir kamen mit einiger Verspätung mitten in der Nacht an. Es war kein Problem! Sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts!
