Fabulous location with super array of take aways, pubs and cute little independent shops close by. Wonderfully dog friendly. Very well equipped house and gorgeous showers in every en suite. Loved it!

Perfect holiday home

Great to have all en-suite bedrooms and the catering facilites better than we have at home. Although the location is perfect for dining out we also used the facilities for cooking and baking for 7 people and found every utensil to hand. There is so much to see and do locally and up to 1hr drive away. The welcome pack was more than ample, the towels were top quality and the beds were very comfy. A perfect fot for a large family group.

We wanted to celebrate 2 special birthdays for our friends, and also needed a property large enough

We wanted to celebrate 2 special birthdays for our friends, and also needed a property large enough to accommodate us all. The property was extremely spacious, well equipped, comfortable with everyone having their own bathroom facilities .The location was very good , close to the harbour , pubs and restaurants, which as we had one of our group with walking difficulties was essential.We would recommend the wonderful fish and chip shop literally across the road and the Italian restaurant La Familia on the Main Street, the food was delicious.It was the perfect place and location, as it offered everything we required for our celebration. We would definitely recommend it, the owner even provided local milk ,eggs and other goodies in a welcome pack, which was a nice touchJust a great weekend in a lovely surroundings Thanks Tracey

Feedback for property owner

Immediate impressions of the location and interior downstairs was a little underwhelming and looked a little ‘tired’ and cluttered compared to the photo in the listings. We also felt the dining room was very exposed to the street and would suggest adding frosted glass to the lower half of the windows. However, we were impressed with the bedrooms and en suite facilities. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, if the layout was rather cramped and awkward for a large group property. All of the above is intended as constructive suggestions. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the house and exploring the local area.
