Brand new superior apartment, located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. This fully-air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment includes 1 full bathroom with shower a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining and front and back balcony with stunning country views also equipped with BBQ facilities. Lovely and quite neighborhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s sandy beaches.

This brand new modern apartment is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments.

Apart from being fully air-conditioned, this maisonette is also fully equipped and furnished, including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots, pans ,etc etc
Free Wifi and TV channels are also included in the price.

The neighborhood
Mellieħa is one of the northernmost villages of the Maltese islands and overlooks Malta’s largest sandy beach called Mellieħa Bay, also known as Ghadira.
Mellieha has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday.
It’s just a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Lovely, spacious apartment with large south facing terrace. Brilliant views of distant sea, countryside, and sunsets. The apartment was very well appointed. Communication with the owners was excellent and any small requests or queries were dealt with immediately. Entry instructions and taxi to accommodation all brilliant. Situated just off the main transport links, in a peaceful area, well served with local shops. Mellieha centre with its amenities and eateries was 10 mins walk away. Would highly recommend this property for the independent traveller. Beach within walking distance or an easy bus ride. The church and sea view café are a must. We’ll be back here for sure.

Alles prima!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen sehr genossen, alles klappte sehr gut mit dem Vermieter. Toll fanden wir die große Terasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Und einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gut in der Nähe der Wohnung gefunden.

Good place to stay

Everything was clean and tidy, loved the balcony! We have given feedback that the kitchen could do with a few additions (bigger glasses and mugs for tea), but they can only maintain their high standards if you tell them right?! The rear bedroom is smaller but has no party wall so is the quietest. Parking in the area can be hard to find but not impossible, do not expect it to be in line of sight from the balcony though. These honest points are to help people know what to expect but this is a great place to stay, plenty of shops nearby but don’t touch the bistro at the bottom of the hill!!

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful holiday in Malta. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. We were pleased to find plenty of kitchen utensils/pans, extra pillows and duvets etc. A large supermarket and very nice pizza restaurant was only 3 minutes walk away much to the delight of our children. The only downside is that the beach is a short drive away rather than a walk. That said, it is in an excellent location for easy reach to places like Mdina, Vallenta, port for boats to Gozo, Popeye Village, horse riding, and several beautiful beaches. We would recommend the app 'Bolt' for excellent and speedy taxi service. Overall, great place to stay. Also, we were very impressed by the owners communication with ourselves. We've stayed in many places over the years and this is one of the best for communication. Emails and Whatsapps were quickly answered, they sent us plenty of information about the property and what to do/what to expect etc. just when we needed it. Would recommend.

Enjoyable resort

Picked the area because of proximity to beaches. The apartment was clean and had enough AC to stay cool and sleep well. Great view of the valley. Would recommend. A couple of minor tweaks, brought to the owner’s attention, would make it even better.

Everything was perfect

The hosts, the apartment and the location was really great. The hosts helped us with all topics we had, gave helpful information and were very friendly. The apartment was like on the photos online, very clean and good equipped. Many beaches, restaurants and supermarkets were near by. We surely will come back.

We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.
We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with full time and part time fishermen.
