この美しい3ベッドルーム、1バスルームコテージのレンタルは、フルキッチンと火災のピットが含まれています。水面に面した大きなデッキで日差しを楽しんだり、湖で泳ぐことができます。クイーンベッド2台、フルサイズのソファベッド1台とソファーベッド2台があります。敷地内には洗濯機と乾燥機があります。寝具と台所用品が用意されています。ガスグリルの使用が含まれています。 2つのカヤックをご利用いただけます。薪も貯蔵され、使用可能です。

Perfect Friends’ Weekend

Everything about this house worked perfectly for us. There was a bedroom for each friend, a well-stocked kitchen, and so many great places to relax on our own or together outside. We loved being right on the water too.

A little piece of paradise. The dunes are a couple minutes away. Dock your craft behind the home on the river and head out to the lake. Best of both worlds if you enjoy water sports and off-roading! The home itself was very well maintained and the decor fit perfect with the area. A few questions were answered very quickly. Great communication!

Beautiful home and Tranquil surroundings.

Beautiful view, nice home. Close to all activities yet nestled into a nice relaxing neighborhood. Great use of their space with lots of nooks to find your quiet space. Would definitely return and recommend. The lower level bedrooms can get a little chilly, we use the spare blankest for nighttime.

Great find on upper silver Lake

We loved our 4 night stay. Very clean and just as advertised. The location is perfect on the channel. We loved the kayaks and all the outdoor space to relax, especially the propane fireplace for chilly evenings. Plenty of parking for my son’s truck and trailer. So close to the dunes , restaurants and mini golf. Owner was very quick to respond and even had property cleaned early and ready for us. Would highly recommend.

Lovely lakeside cottage, and lots to do!

The cottage was beautiful and well- supplied. Excellent view from the living room and really enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit (wood was supplied). Great location for exploring the area- so much to see and do within 15-20 min drive.

Beautiful cottage on the channel with amazing outdoor space.

The cottage was larger than expected with two bedrooms being downstairs. We loved all of the outdoor seating as well as the kayaks. I’d definitely rent this cottage again.

Perfect location and relaxing setting

This home is in a great location. The water access was incredible and it is within minutes of numerous activities and restaurants. The host is available whenever needed and the neighbors were all very friendly. My kids loved fishing right off the dock, enjoyed the kayaks and we all enjoyed lounging in the shallow water and swimming in the warm lake.

Oct getaway

It was well suitable for the three of us. Bathroom was small but would not prevent us for staying there again. The views were awesome and very peaceful there. Good restaurants close by. We’re planning on coming back next spring.

Relaxing Weekend

The property is just as explained and shown in the pictures. We booked a long weekend due to a near by wedding and it was perfect for relaxing and exploring Silver Lake Dunes. I would love to stay at this cottage over the summer to enjoy the water.

Wonderful stay and experience!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! Kerry was a wonderful host and we were able to do so many fun things at the house including swimming, kayaking and fishing. Enjoy visits to the dunes, Lake Michigan, Pentwater, Ludington, etc. and then come home and relax by the bonfire. Just awesome!

Mother Daughters getaway

The cottage was beautifully decorated. We thought we would be on the lake instead of a channel but it was still beautiful. Great set up outside and this time of year so quiet. Bretta was very responsive. We had a great stay.

First time on Upper Silver

This was our first time staying on Upper Silver Lake. This house is on a quiet channel that provides access to the lake, lots of lake wildlife to watch and sun. The house is beautiful with all the amenities a renter could need or want.

We are John & Bretta Young, both Michigan residents since birth. We have enjoyed the Silver Lake area & the sand dunes for 20+ years with our two children. We have been campers to lake front cottage owners and everything in between. We enjoy our time at the cottage as well as other hobbies. Utah is our favorite state to visit! We enjoy mountain biking, repelling, boating, canyoneering and spending time with friends & family. We welcome you to stay with us and experience this amazing area for yourself. We hope wherever you choose to stay you make memories to last a lifetime.

Spacious family cottage for rental. This is a place for a quiet retreat away from the busyness of life, but close enough to downtown if you want to take in the food, shops and activities. Down town as well as the dunes are just a couple minutes away and offer several places to eat, a mini roller coaster, bumper boats, mini golf (2), go carts, zip line and some of the best pizza you've ever had from the Pizza Factory!! We offer a well furnished and decorated space you are sure to love. We have four entertaining spaces that overlook the water, an attached spacious deck, lower covered deck, back deck and a patio down by the water with a firepit. Bring your boat or jet ski, just let us know ahead of time. Swim right off the dock! The lake has a no wake zone, no wake before 11:00 am and after 7:30 pm.

Great swimming, kayaking, boating, biking/walking trails and golf near by, with night time fires roasting marshmallows all in a fully furnished cottage where all you really need is friends and family to share it with!
