Apartment Kod Cara A12

Apartment A12 is located on the very sea front near the town of Lokva Rogoznica. It is a part of grand apartment complex "Kod Cara" which consists of ten apartments, a large shared terrace with outdoor seating area and private parking for all the guests. From the shared terrace you have a breathtaking sea view on the Adriatic sea and its islands nearby. The beach is just down the road.
This apartment contains a main living area with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils (a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a water kettle, etc.). In the living area you can also find first sleeping area with sofabed for one person. The other bedroom has a double bed, a fan and a TV. Furthermore, there's a private bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, towels, usage of WiFi and an air-conditioner are included in the rental price.
