Lovely seafront villa

Lovely villa 40 meters to the beach located in a peaceful corner surrounded by pine trees. Mediterrranean styled house, large and very comfortable. Full air conditioned. Tourist tax of 2 €/person/night not included.
Beautiful and traditional full equipped villa. The house is privileged situated at 40 meters from the beach, surrounded by nice environment with lots of pine trees. An ideal accommodation for families wishing to enjoy the sea, relaxing and sightseeing or groups looking for nightlife, sun and beach.
The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way, opened to the private terrace and garden, light, spacious and fresh. It was built in mid-sixties and kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated recently. The inside is very comfortable, cosy furnitured, laided out in two floors, with 5 bedrooms (all of them double), 3 bathrooms, a big and full equiped kitchen and a 30 squared meters living room. The outside has a porched terrace, with a barbeque, a couch hammock, armchairs and a table with chairs.
The location is really strategic, balancing all nearby services and a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Beach at 40 meters, supermarket and chemist at 200 meters, kids area at 30 meters, bars and restaurants from 100 meters, pubs and discos from 500 meters, bus stop at 100 meters, train station at 3 km, airport at 15 km, pitch'n'putt and golfs from 500 meters, water park (Aquopolis) at 10 km, amusement park (Port Aventura) at 7 km, sailing equipment for rent at 500 meters, leisure and fishing harbour at 3 km. The villa is located in a residential suburb of Cambrils, at 3 km from city center, and close to Salou (city center at 3 km as well). Both cities are connected by a seafront with a lane cycle that crosses in front of the house.
About sightseeing, this area has a lot to offer. You can visit Tarragona, at 20 km, the most important spanish city during Roman Empire, with lots of ruins and nice beaches. Or, of course, Barcelona, at 120 km, with its renown gastronomic sites, cultural offers and modernist architecture. If you like fine wine, you can visit some Priorat wineries (at 50 km) and make some unforgettable tastings. And if you are interested in hiking and open-air activities, you can go to Ebro river delta (at 90 km) or Montsant range (at 50 km), both are natural parks with a lot of routes to discover. A lovely holiday, what a location!

An excellent holiday home. Eduardo was very quick at replying to messages, the home is clean and in great condition. The children loved staying in the upstairs rooms - it gave then some independence and gave us adults some peace and quiet!The villa is 20-30 seconds from the beach and has a lovely BBQ area and outside seating.An excellent holiday - thanks very much Eduardo for your excellent tips and advice on the local area.

Perfect location for family vacation

Contact with Eduard was without any problems, he was very helpful. The property is right next to the beach, you can see the lovely beach from the front yard. Enough space to stay with 6 adults and three kids, very convenient are the three bathrooms. The house was very clean, only thing we noticed was the humidity in the house which probably is normal for the beach side. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Eduard ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und in direkter Strandnähe. Die Orte Cambrills und Salou sind mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurantes sind in der Nähe.

Très bon contact avec Eduard, la maison était très bien équipée , très propre avec les lits faits, des serviettes , torchons, des petites attentions comme du café, thés etc… bien située à quelques mètres de la plage et de la promenade. A recommander .

GLÜCKSTREFFER

Bei unserer Suche nach einer Unterkunft stießen wir zufällig auf das Häuschen und es war ein Glückstreffer. Uns hat es dort wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, wir hatten viel Platz, da wir nur zu fünft in der Villa waren. Die Realität hält, was die Fotos versprechen. Die Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Nach einer Woche kamen Servicefrauen, die unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen saubere tauschten. Und Eduard ist immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Villa liegt ideal zwischen Cambrils und Salou und man kann von dort auch schöne Ausflüge machen, mit dem Auto, Spaziergänge oder ein Fahrrad mieten (das hatten wir nicht gemacht, aber viele Radler auf dem Radweg entlang der Strandpromenade gesehen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Encantados!!

Bonita casa situada a dos pasos de la playa. Al estar al final de una calle es ideal porque apenas pasan coches y personas, tan solo el fin de semana hay algo más de movimiento. Lo más imprescindible para nosotros era que aceptaran a nuestras mascotas y fue muuuy gratificante que Eduard (anfitrión de la casa) nos dijera, no que eran aceptados, sino que eran bienvenidos nuestros 3 perros. Para nosotros es fundamental encontrar anfitriones que quieran a los animales y no pongan impedimentos. Hemos ido en mayo y hemos estado divinamente. Está en una zona tranquila de Vilafortuny pero cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, etc. Evitas las aglomeraciones de Salou y de Cambrils. Tanto si quieres ir a uno u otro puedes hacerlo dándote un paseo pq ambos están casi a la misma distancia. La casa muy coqueta, limpia, con todos los utensilios de cocina que puedas necesitar ( tienen varios tipos de cafetera). Dispone de 3 habitaciones abajo y dos baños con ducha (a parte de la cocina y el salón) y de dos habitaciones arriba y otro cuarto de baño con ducha. La terraza delantera es fresca puesto que tiene la sombrita de los pinos. Tiene un sofá columpio que hacen las sobremesas y las noches muy amenas. Disponen de varios juegos de mesa y de bbq. En la parte trasera hay un solarium con dos tumbonas modernas, dos hamacas y también dos para la playa. A los días de estar se fue un familiar y vinieron otros y Eduard nos dijo que vendrían las chicas de la limpieza y harían la cama con sábanas nuevas, etc. Fue de mucho valorar. Eduard fue muy hospitalario en todo momento. Si tenía alguna duda o necesitaba recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc, muy amablemente te contestaba y , la verdad, que nos fue de gran utilidad. Recomendamos este alojamiento a todos y, si tienes mascotas, más aún puesto que con el patio/jardín que tiene la casa se sentirán los reyes de mambo. Muchas gracias Eduard. Que decir que quedamos encantados y, si volvemos a veranear en Cambrils, sin lugar a dudas será en tu Lovely Villa next yo te beach!!!!

Wonderful place

It is a lovely, extensive, and still cosy house just 30 seconds walking from the beach. Eduard has been extremely helpful in receiving us and guiding us to places to go for dinner or shopping around the area. Would definitely stay again.

Perfekter Ort für Reise mit kleinen Babys - Eduard einfach super!

Wir waren 5 Mamis mit 5 Babys unter einem Jahr! Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal und perfekt zum entspannen! Tolle Terrasse und Liegen in der Sonne! Der Strand ist sehr sauber und es gibt auch Spielplätze im Schatten! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und wenn etwas fehlt ist Eduard sofort zur Stelle! Er hat uns mit allem ausgestattet was wir uns gewünscht hatten extra Hochstühle und Babybetten. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit jedem Anliegen geholfen - Anreise, Abreise Organisation… Meine kleine Tochter ist krank geworden und Eduard hat uns sofort Adressen gegeben wo wir hinfahren können. Einen besseren Host hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können! Allem in allem ein tolles gemütliches Haus in super Lage und unglaubliche Betreuung- sehr gerne wieder 😁

Villa très agréable

Maison calme, spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. On se sent desuite bien dans la villa. Les pieds presque sur la plage, la situation est idéale avec de jeunes enfants. Je suis ravie de mon séjour à Cambrils.

Nettes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben Ende Oktober eine Woche mit Freunden in dem Haus verbracht. Trotz des guten Wetters war das Haus, bedingt durch das Wetter der vorherigen Woche, ziemlich ausgekühlt, was aber dank Klima/Heizgeräten nicht weiter tragisch war. Der Vermieter hat uns einen sehr netten Empfang vorbereitet und hat uns auch später Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Schade ist, dass sich nur die Metallfensterläden sicher verchließen lassen, Fenster und Türen aber nicht. So musste man bei verlassen des Hauses ständig alles wieder komplett zusperren. Dafür entschädigt aber die Lage des Hauses. So nah am Strand, näher geht es kaum. Nur ein kleiner, nicht befahrener Weg, keine 3 Minuten. Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Woche hier verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Habitation bien équipée, bien située, en très bonne état, idéal en famille avec des petits enfants. Le seul reproche que l'on puisse faire manque une grande table à l'extérieur pour prendre les repas en famille. Dommage. Propriétaire très sympathique à l'écoute de ses locataires. Aucun regret.

rustige woning dicht bij het strand

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. De woning is goed gelegen dicht bij het strand, onze kinderen vonden dit heel fijn. Voldoende ruime woning en mooie badkamers. Wij verbleven hier met Pasen en voor deze periode zeker aan te bevelen locatie. Rustig gelegen. Met onze grotere bestelwagen was parkeren op de oprit niet mogelijk o.w.v.in de weg staande bomen op de straat. In een van de slaapkamers moet wel een nieuwe matras voor het 2 persoons- bed komen, we rolden de hele tijd tegen elkaar aan en lagen niet goed. Maar met een nieuwe matras zeker een aangename ruime slaapkamer. De WIFI werkte prima in de living.

Muy agradable

Casa con tres cuartos de baño, un porche, a 40 metros de la playa, con un parque de pinos entre la casa y la playa, calle tranquila por la que solo pasan coches a uno por hora, los que van allí solo. La playa está limpia y el agua templada. Es una casa muy adecuada para ir con niños, pues lo pasan muy bien. La cocina, la nevera, el lavaplatos todo bien. Defectos: La lavadora no lava ni centrifuga, menos mal que está uno todo el día en bañador, pero puesto que los niños se manchan mucho sería conveniente que la cambiaran. Los dos trapos de cocina eran escasos para diez personas: tuve que comprar dos más y regalárselos a los caseros. Los plomos saltaron un día y no se estabilizaron hasta pasadas dos horas, menos mal que no volvió a pasar. Vino a arreglarlo el electricista el día antes de irnos.

Dolors estada del 24 al 31/12/2016

Hem estat a 8 persones, tres gossos, un gat i un ocell. La casa és tal com surt a les fotos. Molt acollidora, sobretot per l'estufa de llenya. Una molt bona atenció per part d'Eduard Miquel. A l'estar tan a prop de la platja els gossos han pogut córrer al seu aire. Una zona molt tranquil · la i només a dues kms. de Cambrils. Aprofitarem per anar a Reus i al Castell d'Escornalbou. Molt recomanable per a famílies amb nens, ja que dins de la finca tenen espai per jugar.

Estancia de 8 personas del 24 al 31/12/2016 (Dolores Gea)

La estancia ha sido magnifica. Llevábamos 3 perros, un gato y un pájaro, se lo han pasado pipa al poder correr por la playa, que esta solo a 50 mts. La casa muy acogedora con su hogar de leña. Como tiene cinco habitaciones y 3 baños, los ocho adultos que éramos, hemos estado super bien, contando de que hay la barbacoa cubierta para poder hacerte una buena parrillada de carne. Gracias a Eduard Miquel por la atención recibida. Un saludo.

Maison très agréable, très proche de la plage

Maison très agréable et près de la plage. Bien équipée, avec de grandes chambres et de nombreux rangements. Les 3 salles de bain à l'italienne sont spacieuses. La maison bénéficie de l'ombre de grands pins et possède une grande terrasse et un petit jardin propices au repos. Toute la famille s'est régalée et nous avons passé 15 jours formidables. Eduard est très accueillant. Nous reviendrons....
