For the winter season it is possible to light the indoor wood-burning fireplace, we also provide heating mushrooms to be placed in the outdoor area to let you fully enjoy the villa even at lower temperatures.
Able to accommodate up to 8 people, this beautiful Villa overlooks the unspoiled landscape of Costa Caddu, San Teodoro's most beautiful coastline from a secluded location, offering the famous Isuledda beach and many other natural jewels of Sardinia within walking distance.
This architectural jewel is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of ancient olive trees and natural rocks.
Villa IRIS, has 3 carefully designed bedrooms and enjoys unparalleled sea views. Designed to fully enjoy the outdoors, the villa has large furnished verandas with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large barbecue area, comfortable lounges and solarium with breathtaking 360-degree views. The main floor consists of a cozy living room, kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom and another courtesy bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks a spacious rooftop terrace, while the living room overlooks a large covered terrace with two dining areas and barbecue.
Downstairs are two bright double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to an outdoor veranda and a living room with a comfortable TV area.
The heated infinity pool reaches a maximum depth of 1.80 meters, while the hot tub and relaxation area, located at the highest point of the garden, offer unique panoramic views.
The villa is finished with quality materials and tastefully furnished to offer its guests maximum comfort and relaxation, surrounded by a wonderful garden full of ancient olive trees and natural rocks.
