In the middle of the old town of Schwerin and yet quiet residential area. In the immediate vicinity are various restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and bakeries. Directly in the center of Schwerin, in the immediate vicinity of the cathedral, the Mecklenburg State Theater, the castle and the Schwerin Lakeland are our 5 lovingly furnished vacation apartments. The 5 individual and lovingly furnished vacation apartments are suitable for 1-4 persons. They are all equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, modern beautiful bathrooms, and some apartments with balcony or terrace. Bed linen and towels are free for the stay. The W-Lan is of course free of charge.

We are happy to answer questions about Schwerin and help where we can.

Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan het slot.

Het is heel vreemd dat je tot twee uur voor aankomst niet weet hoe je betalen moet en waar je de sleutel overhandigt krijgt. Het is echter nog vreemder dat in het mailtje dat je krijgt vlak voor aankomst, dat ze alleen contanten betaling accepteert. Dat je vervolgens moet afgeven bij een viscorner verderop in de stad. De bank is ddorgezakt en er liggen lakens overheen voor de vlekken. Gelukkig waren er nog twee redelijke rieten stoelen. Als je appartement 3 of 4 hebt kun je niet door de prachtige hal naar binnen. Maar helemaal links is een deur die toegang geeft tot een soort opslagruimte en daar moet je in. We hadden voor dit appartement gekozen van wege de tuin. Die is echter zwaar verwaarloosd en heeft kapot meubilair.

Nice apartment in the city centre next to the castle

The apartment was nice and clean, the little garden was also nice. You have WiFi in the apartment as well as the garden. We got a small package of coffee as welcome gift, other small useful things (salt, soap and the like) were also free of cost in the apartment. Communication with the agency was horrible (impossible until Check in day! we tried several times), but communication with the host at check in day and afterwards was very good and uncomplicated. We were just surprised that we had to pay in cash instead of our credit card being charged. We had enough time to go to an ATM, but for people not able to withdraw money at every ATM this could he an unpleasant surprise. The only things we didn't like: the blankets were very, very warm and not suitable for summer, so we woke up in sweat every morning. Also the apartment was quite dark (not enough lights), especially in the bathroom, we couldn't really see ourselves in the mirror. Also the TV wasn't working, which didn't really bother us, but maybe it's important to others. The location of the apartment was very good, you see the castle from the street you're staying in and walk there as well as to the beautiful gardens in a few minutes. You can reach the city centre, bus and tram stations in a few minutes, you can even walk to the main station in less than 20 minutes if you like. Also supermarkets and restaurants/cafés/bars are around the corner. Overall a nice experience!

Top Lage, gemütlich, freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 kleinen Kindern sehr genießen können. Unser Appartment No4 war chic ubd gemütlich, die Lage ist wirklich top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restsurants und Supermärkte fürs Notwendige sind auch mit Kinderfüßen gut erreichbar. Die charmante Altstadt läd zum Flanieren ein. Lediglich für die Agentur gebe ich nicht so viele Punkte, da nach der Buchung erst eine Mail von Vrbo (anstatt FeWo) kam und dann, auch auf Kontaktversuche, erstmal Funkstille herrschte. Daf kann einen irritieren, da im Intetnet auch viel über Doppelbuchungen und plötzliche Stornierungen durch Vrbo zu lesen ist. Auch dir von Vrbo angegebene Kontakthandynummer antwortete nicht. Aber fehlalarm. Alles lief letztlich glatt! Kurz vor Anreise erfolgt dann Kontaktaufnahme durch die vermutliche Eigentümerin, welche sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit war. In der Wohnung war alles nötige vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Kleinigkeiten verbesserungsfähig (etwas wenig Besteck/Küchenutensilien, kleinigkeiten zu reparieren), aber letztlich nicht den Aufenthalt negativ beeinflussend. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Gute Lage am Schloss, an der Altstadt, teure Parkplätze,

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Auch ein Kamin ist da. Was nicht kommuniziert wird, ist die Parkplatzsituation. Kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung , umgebende Parkplätze sind sehr , sehr teuer, Objektverwalterin kann dazu keine Auskunft geben. Defekte Glühlampen wurden trotz Bitte nicht ersetzt.

Süßes Apartment mit Kamin

Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Altbau in der ruhigen Klosterstraße zentral in Schwerin, keine 5 Minuten vom Schloss und der Altstadt entfernt. Die Wohnküche ist super gemütlich, der Kamin an der Lehmbauwand ist ein Highlight. Die ganze Wohnung war klein und fein - ein perfekter Rückzugsort. 2 Punkte gäbe es aus unserer Sicht zu verbessern. Zum einen ist die Wohnung recht dunkel. Da sie im Erdgeschoss liegt, hatten wir manchmal auch tagsüber die Vorhänge geschlossen. Mehr Lampen bzw. hellere Glühbirnen wären gut, oder vielleicht eine Sichtschutzfolie. Zudem stimmen nicht alle Informationen, die bei den jeweiligen Online-Portalen hinterlegt werden. So sind sowohl der Parkplatz als auch das Boot gegen Erwartung nicht in der Buchung enthalten, was sehr schade war. Da Schwerin komplett parkraumbewirtschaftet ist, mussten wir noch mal viel für Parkgebühren ausgeben. Laut Vermieterin werden auf verschiedenen Portalen z.T. ohne ihr Zutun Informationen falsch wiedergegeben. Es lohnt sich also, vorher telefonisch bei ihr nachzufragen! Die Absprache war immer schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Liebe Grüße aus Berlin
