We offer you a real Greek hospitality in our luxury villa Fiorentinos with amazing outdoor area with roof garden with sea view private pool and small pool with water massage.
You will start your holiday with a welcome basket upon arrival.

WE OFFER YOU FREE TRANSFER FROM/TO AIRPORT WITH MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS STAY

Fiorentinos Villa is 200 meters from the sea and consists of two separate buildings: a two bedrooms MAIN VILLA and and an open plan GUESTHOUSE right next to it.

Both of them are available as one accommodation and can accommodate 4-8 guests.

The villa has a private swimming-pool with jacuzzi, very big veranda with ping-pong table and roof garden with sunbeds and sea view.

The Main Villa
As you enter the main villa you can find the large living room and fully equipped kitchen along with the dining area and an office corner.
There are 2 bedrooms:
-one offers two single beds that can be joined as one double and one single sofa bed.
- the master bedroom has double bed
There is one bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The main entrance leads to a shaded veranda with dining table and a few steps take us at the private swimming pool.

The main villa also offers a roof garden where sunbeds are situated as well as a table with chairs under a shaded tent and it is the best place for an evening drink or dinner with sea view.

The Guesthouse
The guesthouse is right next to the main villa.
It is a spacious open plan structure recently renovated that features a double and a single bed, kitchen with refrigerator, WC with shower, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. Here you can find a second furnished shaded veranda few steps from the private pool.

Daily Cleaning, Towels/Bed linen provided, Children's Highchair upon request

Change of sheets/bed linen every two days

Greek Holiday Heaven

A lovely villa. Loads of space, beautiful pool area. A very attentitive owner who cannot do enough for her guests. The property is cleaned every day to a very high standard. Irini can recommend trips and restaurants and book them for guests. A free shuttle service is provided to and from airport. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday and would return again.

Phenomenal! Highly recommended

We can highly recommend this property. Irini and her family went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic (even cooking us the tastiest meal. Thank you!!). It is nice to have a decent size pool that you can actually swim & play in. The table tennis table is a fab addition too. The local area is perfect, with a good selection of bars & restaurants (offering great food) within walking distance. We even walked to Planos & Tsilivi a few times. We hired a car to explore further afield as well, all arranged through Irini & Michela. The beachfront is not sandy, but great for snorkelling to see all the aqatic wildlife. There is a lovely sandy beach (Donkey beach) just down the road too. Thank you for making this a wonderful holiday!!

We so enjoyed our stay at the villa for a number of very good reasons:Its location - a quite cul de sac but 50 yards from the bus stop with regular buses to Zykanthos Town and nearly Tsilivi. The local supermarket was just 100 years away and three very good restaurants in walking distance.Cleanliness - spotlessly clean with Esmeralda doing a great job daily (not Sundays) in changing towels and doing washing up on the odd occasion that we hadn’t cleaned glasses from the night before.The set up - we were two couples and so used both buildings so that we each had our own bathrooms but equally the main villa could take a family with twin beds in the second bedroom and the villa capable of having an additional child too.The pool - it’s not large but again was spotless and certainly big enough for the four of us! And the hot tub too!!The sun roof - a great Cabana and a superb place to while away your evening playing games, drinking and basically having a great time!Hospitality - we use villas at least once a year and we have NEVER had such fantastic hospitality and such an attentive owner in Irini. She and her family live next door and was on call all the time without being in your face. A really five star owner! Thank you Irini for making our week so special!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fotos sind nicht übertrieben. Die Aussicht ist super. Wir werden eines Tages wiederkommen.

Toller Service

Den Service den Irini und Ihr Team bieten, ist natürlich sehr toll. Täglicher Reinigungsservice, immer frische Handtücher und immer sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Pool absolut sauber, alles sehr gut. Ich kann aber trotzdem keine 5 Sterne geben, da 3 Dinge zu erwähnen sind. a) Putzfrau nervt, da diese jeden Morgen auf dem Grundstück unterwegs ist und uns öfters dadurch aufgeweckt hat. b) Der Whirlpool ist nicht beheizt und daher nur als Sprudelbecken zu gebrauchen. c) wir hatten ab und zu starke Gewitter und der Regen kam im Schlafzimmer zu den Fenstern rein und im Badezimmer von der Decke. Soll im Oktober repariert werden. Alles in allem kann man dieses Haus empfehlen, insbesondere für die Putzfrau sollte eine andere Lösung gefunden werden (sehr störend)
