Room 10 - 2 bedroom-Apartment-Private Bathroom

Our furnished, self-catering apartments are located next door to the hotel building. They have high-spec fully-equipped kitchens, large reception rooms, and access to a garden or terrace. This apartment has two bedrooms that can be configured with double or twin beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The apartment also has the benefit of a guest cloakroom off the reception room. This apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a beautiful, large terrace with outside seating. Like our hotel rooms, our apartments feature our famously comfortable beds, smart TVs, and free wireless broadband.

Well-behaved pets can be accommodated in this room type.

The Falstaff is a three star boutique hotel that takes its name from the historic inn that occupied this building for over 200 years. We launched at the end of 2015 after a meticulous 3-year restoration. The building's charm and character now shine through in each of our 8 luxurious en-suite rooms, complemented by carefully selected vintage furniture and bespoke fittings.

Addington Street is a charming street off Ramsgate's seafront. Once bustling with shops and small businesses, it was later transformed into a residential street popular for its proximity to the harbour. In recent years, Addington Street's authentic appeal and off-beat spirit have been awakened thanks to the restoration of some of its key properties (including ours!) and the arrival of an assortment of interesting shops.

We welcome well-behaved pets in our Garden Double Room and our one-bedroom apartment. Please note that we cannot accommodate pets in any other room types.

Continental breakfast is included in our room rate. Alternative breakfasts are available at an extra charge . Car Parking is available on a first come first served basis and is charged on arrival at 10.00 GBP for the first day and 5.00 GBP per day of your stay.
