Well designed and decorated in a contemporary theme with all the amenities you need for a relaxing night away.
Hurst does not offer a Seaview and has limited natural light but is the cosiest room available, perfect for a peaceful and restful night.

Welcome to Pebble Beach Restaurant and Rooms & Sunset Bar

We are a relaxed coastal dining restaurant with a stunning vista, & breath taking views along the Dorset & Hampshire coastline.

Both the restaurant and the terrace bar are firmly, and independently established as great places to eat in Barton on Sea, as well as meet, drink and relax!

Pebble Beach is the perfect choice to gather and enjoy a meal, from our seasonal A la Carte menu created by our chef consultant Andy Waters alongside head chef Michael Edgar and his team for a perfect cliff top dining experience.

For every occasion capturing the Mediterranean ambiance, with vibrant atmosphere our cocktails can be enjoyed inside or with a sea view on the terrace. With a vibrant selection of wines to choose from, you will be sure to find the perfect glass for your palate. Our wines are carefully selected by expert sommeliers for every season.

We pride ourselves of comfortable 3 double rooms, a beautiful spacious penthouse with balcony, and stunning sea view. For a perfect seaside experience on the cliff top come dine with us, and discover the philosophy behind our seasonal Mediterranean menu.

Ideal for any celebration as weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, and much more we can provide bespoke menus, entertainment, and attentive service to make your event one to remember.


Please remember to reserve your table if you wish to dine at Pebble Beach and or enjoy a beautiful cocktail from our Sunset Terrace Bar or Winter Lodge.

Pebble Beach Restaurant & Sunset Bar/Winter Lodge is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays therefore the only available rate is Room Only or Bed & Breakfast (Continental breakfast )served between 09:00am-11:00am

A fantastic location on the cliff top

The view from the terrace was amazing with the Needles on the Isle of Wight in the distance. Breakfast was great. There was a good choice and it was beautifully cooked. The room was clean and comfortable although a little cramped and the restricted headroom bath was more awkward than I expected. Service was excellent.

We really liked Pebble Beach, both for the location and the facilities. The food was excellent and staff were very accommodating to my need for gluten free food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
