Janie and Mike perfect hosts in a fabulous hideaway location

After a busy few months running my business I was in need of some R&R and Lower Barn was the perfect spot just to decompress. It is so central to explore all of the delights of Cornwall with fabulous walks and beaches close by.

Relaxing break in beautiful property

Friendly and welcoming hosts, beautiful accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed joining other guests around the big oak table for breakfast. Lovely gardens with plenty of seating to relax. Can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend.

Amazing B&B, one of the best I have stayed in, will definitely recommend.

Everything was spot on, from when we arrived to when we left. Janie is such a wonderful host, very welcoming and informative on the local area. Bedroom was spotlessly clean, Bed very comfortable. A good selection of teas and coffee, and a nice surprise of 2 slices of cake in the room. Freshly cooked breakfast, served outside (weather dependent) or inside, also a good choice of cereals/fruit and yogurt. We had full use of the gardens, which are beautiful and outstanding.

Time out with my son

Booked a few days away for myself and my 8 year old and spent two night's at lower barns. It is an amazing property, and we loved exploring the gardens, visiting the owl and even enjoyed a hot tub at the end of a very busy day. Lower Barns is extremely comfortable, and we will definitely visit again.
