Fantastic community with gardens, several large swimming pools, paddle court and only 10 minutes walking distance to the magnificent sandy beach Las Marinas. It is very close to several restaurants, shops and supermarket. The bungalow offers three bedrooms; one of them with double bed, one with bunk bed and single bed and one with single bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a cosy living-dining room with sofa bed, a well equipped kitchenette and a terrace with awning, table and chairs and a big barbecue. The urbanisation has covered parking spaces and lovely garden areas. The fantastic pool area, completely fenced, offers several pools with slides, as well as showers and toilets.
The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: washing machine, TV TDT and German channels, internet wifi,  microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, barbecue, etc. The centre of Dénia is only 4'8 km from the house. Very close to the urbanisation, at about 750 metres, is one of the most attractive beaches of Denia, Las Marinas beach. From 450 metres there are several restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and bus stop. A large supermarket (Consum) is about 650 metres from the bungalow.Denia provides a perfect infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. There are also 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km and 15 km from the apartment: La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf.
