Standard Family Ensuite at Newcourt Barton

A light and airy dual aspect room overlooking the garden with ensuite shower. King size bed and single bed with room for a cot if required. Can be used for single, double, twin or families with younger children. Digital TV, Free WiFi, well stocked hospitality tray, hairdryer, radio alarm, towels, bathrobes and toiletries.
Just 4 miles from junction 28 of the M5 motorway we are ideally located for the business user and leisure guest. Our farmhouse accommodation offers spacious ensuite rooms, free wi fi access, fridge, microwave and own separate access so you are free to come and go as you please. Each room has been individually decorated and provide hot drinks facilities with biscuits, Digital TV, radio alarm, safe, hairdryer, a range of toiletries and much more.

There is ample safe parking on site and several local pubs in the area all serving excellent food.

Single, double, twin and families all welcome.

For the keen fisherman we have four coarse fishing ponds within 500 yards of the house. Free fishing is available to guests staying.

We are a non smoking establishment and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

What a lovely place in the heart of the countryside! Home from home with a perfect breakfast!

All very ‘easy’ - the accommodation is all to the front of the house through the front door, dining room, living room and bedrooms easily accessible at top of stairs. Perfect for us as we were attending a birthday party nearby and were able to let ourselves in quite late without disturbing anyone. Room very comfortable and breakfast was perfect and really nicely laid out and served. Definitely recommend. 👍🏼

Lovely place to stay

We went to Devon as we had a party to attend for a friend - we found this B&B online and were really pleased when we arrived as it is very pretty and quaint - the lambs in the field were a joy to watch. Think it will be lovely in the summer to have a good walk around.

A perfect overnight stay

We had an overnight stay here both on the journey down to, and back from, Cornwall. The farm is in a quiet location but, conveniently located, not far from the M5. Helen made us very welcome and made lovely breakfasts. The rooms were well equipped and the separate suite, in particular, was very spacious and comfortable. There were a number of pubs, within a short drive, for dinner that catered for all tastes. All in all a perfect stay and ideally located.

We stayed for two nights as we were in the area for a wedding. We would highly recommend staying at Newcourt Barton and make sure you go for one of the great walks around the stunning countryside.

Practical Perfection

We visit Devon regularly and usually stay with relatives, but on this occasion needed b&b. Newcourt Barton was perfectly placed for a dinner party in the same hamlet and a rugby match in Exeter the following day. Most importantly the proprietor discovered we had left my grandson's favourite teddy bear behind and 'phoned in time for us to rescue him...thus averting disaster at bedtime back in Hampshire!

Great in every way!

We picked this B & B as it is near to our family in Cullomptpon. It exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Helen came out to greet us as we got out of the car and showed us to our room. Double aspect windows gave us beautiful views and bird and wildlife watching. It is on a working farm so we were able to visit the calves. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and after a long day with the grandchildren, it was a delight to sit in the garden with a cuppa and chill out.
