Tate

Tate is another one of our highly sought-after spacious room with its modern décor and private bathroom with shower.

All rooms come with towels and shower gel, flat screen tv with terrestrial tv channels, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and complimentary Netlix, wifi and tea and coffee.

Special feature

Tate can connect with Ruby through an internal door for guests with more than 2 persons or families with children.

All Chalets are homely, comfortable, self sufficient with light kitchen facilities including fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and microwave.

All chalets are beautifully equipped with ensuite facilities.

Although only 15 minutes and a £20 cab fare away from Luton airport, chalet cottages are situated in 30,000 acres of countryside in a quiet secluded location.

All chalet are behind electric locked gates with CCTV and free parking.

Dog walkers and ramblers are in paradise here with an endless walk. So whether you are walking, visiting friends, catching a plane or a train or simply want a relax away, we would love to see you.

Dirty room

Unfortunately we were not at all happy with the room. There were mud and other stains along the bed frame, the blinds were so dirty that there were finger marks in the dust, the toilet seat had hairs on it, the tv remote was filthy and the room smelled strongly of smoke - and very sweet air freshener in an attempt to mask the smoke smell, which made us feel nauseous. There weren't enough beds for the number of people we had booked to stay and the chair at the dining table was broken. After a 4 hour drive, this was very disheartening. The owner was away, but the person looking after it was very friendly and apologetic that the room was not made up for 3 people when we arrived, he did offer to rectify it for us. It's not his fault that we couldn't bare to stay there. We left soon after we arrived and found an alternative. The location seemed good though, nice and quiet. Not too far from the hospital where were visiting a critically ill family member.
