Two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, sunroom used as a dining room and additional sitting room. This charming apartment has its own private outdoor sun terrace with bbq area, with spectacular views over the sea. The sun terrace is shielded from the wind by a wall of arched glass panels. In addition to the sun terrace, the apartment has its own private balcony overlooking the sea. For those visitors wishing to take a break from cooking, one of the Island’s most popular bar/restaurants - The Waterfront - is situated at the bottom of the garden and open all day. There are 23 easy steps leading from the promenade to the apartment.

Totland is a small picturesque village connected to the larger village of Freshwater which has most (if not all) of the amenities you will require during your stay.

Pilots Point is 5 minutes drive from the Needles Pleasure Park and 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Yarmouth.
