Welcome to Florida Fun Villa a beautiful and relaxing Florida villa just 12 mins drive from Walt Disney World and its sister parks of Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and only 20 mins from Universal, Island of Adventure and Sea World! The Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and comes fully equipped for all your needs with a crib and high chair available for young children if required. The pool gets the sun virtually all day and with additional patio space outside the pool screen this is an extra the guests love! The pool can also be heated as an option so its nice and warm to swim at all times. The villa offers so many unique features that you will not find in other villas like the jacuzzi-hot tub, the oversized swimming pool which also has pool toys for your children to enjoy. The private fenced back garden is a feature guests have commented on many times as they love the feeling of being able to relax without neighbours being close by. Other villas you will see advertised are overlooked and close together thus guests will lose the privacy to relax and enjoy the amenities that the villa offers. Great Place!

This is our second time staying here. The backyard is very private. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This rental was clean and well managed. The location was away from all the city noise, but not too far from any place you want to visit in Orlando. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! The set up , the cleanliness, the whole vibe was beyond expectations . Very easy to get situated once you arrive , Charles was very easy to deal with from beginning to end . The pool and Jacuzzi were great ! The Wii console gave us some fun bonding time at night. The couch was so comfortable I passed out twice on it, lol. My son loved it and we are certainly coming back !

Awesome Vacation Spot

We had such a great time! The house was great, and the kids LOVED the pool. The location was perfect, with plenty of local access to food, gas and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Orlando.

Amazing stay

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time here for our vacation the home met all of our needs we had no issues the house was very nice and the neighbourhood was nice and quite the house was clean and everything worked as it should we will definitely be staying here again and the owner Brian was very responsive and answered any questions I had before the trip and during and even after the trip our stay was amazing.

Beautiful area

The house was so beautiful and felt like home! My children loved the pool, and hunting for lizards! And seeing the wild cranes out in the front yard was amazing! It was the be of my favorite place to go. We will be staying again! Worth the stay! And is pretty close to all the family fun adventures

Beautiful house in very quiet neighborhood

This is an awesome house in a great area. Not far from anything you could possibly want to do. Golf, parks, shop, eat, etc. I stayed here for a week long golf trip and it was a perfect spot. Nice and clean, easy to get to, and very relaxing after a long day. The pool and hot tub are a great combo after a day in the sun. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!!

From booking to check-in ,things couldn't have been more perfect! The home was clean and had everything we could have wanted! The location is close to all the parks ,plenty of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained! The only down sided was not being able to stay longer! Clean quiet neighborhood!

Our stay here was very good. Kids had a blast in the pool when we weren't at the parks or the beach. Very clean place, and nice neighborhood. Washer ,dryer,stove, refrigerator, pool all worked as they should. One of the toilet paper holders was pulled out of the drywall but it wasn't a big deal. It was an awsome stay. Will definitely rent again if we come to that area !

Perfect for what we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Property owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Great location to shopping and a short drive (advice: we found a back way to avoid some of I-4 traffic) to ESPN and theme parks. The pool was heated at a decent temperature and the hot tub was very relaxing after days of cheer practice, competition and park days. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Spring break vacay

We loved it! First time staying in a vrbo and it didn't disappoint! The house is beautiful and located in a quite neighborhood.we had everything we needed, large clean pool, great hot tub, and space for a family of 5. The house is clean, everything is in good working condition, and we had no problem checking in at our arrival. The owner does a great job communicating with guests and gives you information about the house prior to your arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book it again in future trips!:)

The Perfect Place To Relax!

This is my second time at this property (I stayed there last year), and I didn’t think this place could get any better, but I was wrong! The owner of the property made a lot of upgrades in the past year to make the place a bit more modern, and he did a terrific job (all of the pictures in the listing are up to date as of 9/1/2022)! The check-in process is easy, the host is ALWAYS available to answer your questions, and literally everything you need while on your stay, has been thought of and made available for you at this property. All you have to bring is your luggage and some food! The area is super quiet and the house is secure. The pool area is private and completely fenced in. The attention to detail at this property is impressive! If you want a place that’s close to the parks, quiet, safe, and feels like you’re in your own house, look no further. This is the place!

Great, clean villa - fantastic host

The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Location is close enough to everything, yet away from it enough that you can relax. If we're ever in Orlando again, we will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood

The listing was bigger than expected and more than enough room for the 4 of us! The pool and hot tub kept us entertained and cool! Missing a few kitchen essentials but aside from that, a great private place!

Hope you enjoy reading my bio below......I love the Orlando area as it has so much to offer from the glorious weather to the fantastic theme parks, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. This is the reason why I bought our home in Orlando as for me it is the greatest place on earth! Oh, and sure my son will say its for Mickey Mouse! I had a career in professional soccer for 15 years and after retiring I returned to university to study for a management degree and post graduate qualification and now work for the national sports agency managing a programme that encourages children to get more involved in sport and adopt a healthy lifestyle and also managing a Health & Well Being Programme.

Private pool that is not overlooked like a lot of other villas you will see. Hot tub - great after a day at the parks to soothe those aches and nice to relax with a glass of wine or cool beer in the evening!
