Weekend getaway with grandkids

Location was excellent! We cooked everyday since we had 4 children with us ... and found that kitchen was well stocked which a was a big plus

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Kids did as well. Even though it was more than 50 steps to the beach it was still close enough. Plenty of room. Little outdated and needs to TLC but overall we all slept decent.

Great Property

This was our second time staying in this condo and it was as nice and clean this week as it was 7 years ago. Several great updates to the property. Location is perfect and the residents we meet are all so nice.

Nice place to stay

The location of this condo is perfect! It's mere steps across Ocean Blvd to get to the beach and the beach area was perfect...not too busy and very relaxing! As for the condo, I'm not sure "all-new" is completely accurate, the bathrooms, especially in the main room, were a bit rough. The beds were comfy though and the living room furniture was decent.

Great location, could use some updating

This was our fourth time staying here for a girls weekend. We really like the location and there are some nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as a grocery store down the street which is nice. The condo is getting a little worn in areas and the furniture is starting to get to the point it needs to be replaced in the living room. But overall, we like the place and the worn anreas are not bad enough to keep us from going back. I would also like to mention that when we got there, the microwave was broken and when we notified the property manager, they were quick to respond.

Getaway

Renting, check in, went well. The condo was clean. There where a few things that needed attention but overall nothing that was a deal breaker. I go on vacation to relax so I dont sweat the small stuff.

A little piece of paradise!!!

The condo was perfect for us and our little chihuahua... so close to beach access literally steps away.. most of the neighbors in the condo are friendly and helpful ... loved sitting on the balcony and feeling the sea winds.. pool was great .. the condo has everything you need.. so sad to leave! I suggest you get up early and watch the sunrise at the beach walk left all the way to the point it is a sight to see! Will be booking next year!

We spent a month in SC to be close to our Grandson.

The description was a little deceiving. The condo is very nice, but it isn't new. We had family visiting a few times while we were there & the layout of the condo worked well. The condo is in a very convenient location and we enjoyed walking on the beach. We had a minor issue while we were there with the toilet and the owner took care of it promptly. We did notice a lot of road noise at this condo. The trash is also picked up twice a week early in the morning and very loud, so it's not a quiet place to stay.

Beds not comfortable!

Very clean and nice condo. However, the AC did not work properly and did not go below 75. We were all SO hot and couldn’t sleep because of it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows flat. I never understand how someone who owns a condo at the beach doesn’t have decent beds and pillows. So because of the comfort level of the beds, pillows, and an AC that doesn’t work properly I would not book again.

Good location & spacious

The condo was in a good location for beach access. It was across the street and a short sand path walk away. The city rents beach chairs & umbrellas. Convenient but expensive. The pool was nice but not as big as it appears in the photo. The condo was spacious for our party of 7 (3 adults/4 kids). However, the condo needs a DEEP cleaning and obvious upkeep has been neglected (rust on doors, mold on trim in bathroom, window screens majorly weathered, etc). There was visible dust/grime on the ceiling fans and central air vents. The floors were filthy. Within the first ten minutes of our arrival, my daughter’s bare feet turned black. The kitchen had adequate cooking gear...but it also felt dirty. The sheets were really thin and cheap. The bed pillows and mattresses seemed like old hand-me-downs. But the couch and love seat in the living room were very nice and seemed new. If a hefty cleaning and linen fee wasn’t part of our stay I wouldn’t be so specific...but it was, and I don’t think we, as renters, received our money’s worth in regards to cleanliness. The listing said exceptional housekeeping and that was far from accurate. The contact, Natalie, was very responsive, courteous, and helpful.

Location is excellent. Pool doesn’t stay open in the evenings very long. Be aware that if you are in the condo the first Wednesday of the month they want to come in and spray. We were told it was in the contract but it isn’t. We were concern because we had a pregnant person and a couple with medical issues. Pretty much told us we had no choice. I book multiple VRBO each year and we have never had to let an exterminator in. Even though we were told it was safe they suggested that we leave for a couple hours. Kinda bad customer service when you rent a co do and then told all of this the day before they are coming. We was also told there was a sign in the co do with this info but there isn’tDefinitely needs some upgrades. Shower curtain rods are all rusty, as well as outside doors. Some tile cracks when you walk on them. Along the woodwork was very dusty and the dishes that we got out of the cabinets was dirty. Little cosmetic stuff would help with the condo’s appeal.
