Dragon's Nest - George & Dragon

Overview
Dragon's Nest is a large two bedroom apartment that has recently been created in a historic building dating back to the early 1800's at least, with a wealth of exposed original oak A-Frame beams in the living area and throughout beautifully decorated with simple modern style and top quality fittings and furnishings.

Hallway
Dragon's Nest is located up two flights of stairs from the front entrance. The second flight of stairs is narrow and curved so please be aware if some members of the party are younger or more mature in age.

Kitchen/Dining
The kitchen and dining room is open plan with exposed beams, kitchen units and appliances against the walls with the natural wood and cream extendable dining table dining table and four chairs in front of the window. This room has a modern warm red, black and cream colour scheme, brand new appliances including a built in fan-oven and induction hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge a four-slot toaster, microwave, plus a kettle and a coffee machine.

Living
The large and attractive living room is decorated in stylish neutral colours and textiles, . There is ample comfortable seating with two large and deep, two-seater sofas and two medium sized bean bags, enough for all the family. Samsung flat screen Smart TV. A DVD video player and a CD music player are also provided under the TV Table, along with a selection of DVD's and CD's to use if you wish.

Bedrooms
Dragon's Nest has two double bedrooms, each with a superb Kingsize double bed. Both bedrooms are decorated in a simple style in neutral colours and modern natural wood and cream furniture to a high standard.

Bathroom
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is a very spacious walk-in shower room, comprising a very large, modern glass fronted walk in chrome finished and luxury tiled finish shower, within the shower cubical there are shelves available for your toiletries. Next to the shower you'll find a clothes airer and ironing board.
Both our apartments have 2 x Double bedrooms, Living and Kitchen spaces and Bathroom, all tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, parking is always difficult in Dartmouth so we provide you with a parking permit which can be used in selected car parks throughout the South Devon area.

Don't feel like cooking? - No worries our Pub and Restaurant on the Ground floor below the apartments, always offers a great Menu for Lunch and Evening Dinner, you can see our latest menus on our website and the latest Chefs Specials and leigh's (our in house baker) latest cakes and dessert creations on our Facebook page
In addition, on arrival, all bookings receive a 25% off voucher for use on One Meal during their stay, which is for up to 4 people and included all food and drinks at that meal. It can be helpful for our crew to serve you most efficiently if you can prebook your table during busy times, but this is not always necessary and we will always manage to fit you in!
