Bookings for more than one night please read below-

1) PLEASE EMAIL APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ENSURE YOU PROVIDE VALID MOBILE NUMBER WITH YOUR COUNTRY CODE.

2) For guests arriving later than 18:00PM All guest need to notify 24 hours prior check-in. The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. This information is EMAILED OR TEXT to Guest. Guest is required to request LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION.

A valid Credit / Debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major Credit / Debit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout.

Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.


A security deposit of 300 GBP is required upon arrival for incidentals, Nuisance or Disturbance to other guest (payable by credit/debit card only). This deposit is fully refundable at check-out subject to no damage being found or issues reported.
