apartment with perfect location, is in an old monumental area, a few meters from the Roman bridge. distances are minimal to walk to the center and the entire monumental area

full equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, hob, wifi and free parking, seasonal outdoor pool.

everything necessary such as glasses, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, frying pans, pits ....

heating and hot water by natural gas with underfloor heating, well isolated, and thermostat to modify the temperature.
