Independent stone house renovated in an authentic and elegant style: noble materials (stone sinks, terracotta tiles). Ground floor: dining room with small lounge and kitchen area, terracotta tiles and fireplace. A bedroom (140 bed) with open bathroom. Laundry room, WC. 1st floor: bright living room with exposed beams. Bathroom with shower and bath. WC. 2nd floor: large bedroom with a 140cm bed and two 90cm beds, toilet area with WC and wooden bathtub. Garden of 2600 m² with fruit trees and swing. Large terrace offering a beautiful view of the valley. Oil and wood central heating included (1 cubic meter offered). Sheets and cleaning included. Very nice view of the countryside and the castle. Located in the birthplace of Jean-Marc Brocard, it now belongs to the estate.
First floor: dining-living room with kitchenette, floor tiles and fireplace, one bedroom (bed 140) with open shower room, laundry room, WC.
1st floor: living room communicating with the second floor with exposed beams and wood stove. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. WC.
2nd floor: large bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, toilet corner with WC and wooden bathtub. Garden of 2600 m² with fruit trees and swing. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the Morvan valley.

Oil and wood central heating included (1 store offered then 40€).

Beautiful location with a ruined chateau on the hill above the house. In the evening Charolais cows grazed along the back fence. The interior is very nice. When we stayed there the drier did not work and one the three toilets was not useable, but the kitchen was nice and there was an elegant living room on the first floor. The location is wonderful, about equidistant from Beaune and Dijon. You will need a car. We had some difficulty finding the house because the address was not listed anywhere. We also had some difficulty getting the code for the lock box and we couldn’t get into the house right away. Overall, it was great and I would stay there again.

Maison de charme dans une nature préservée.

Merci à nos hôtes pour ce très bon séjour. La maison est pleine de charme et confortable, avec une jolie vue sur un paysage très reposant. Sa situation proche de beaux sites touristiques permet de belles visites,tout en étant au calmeNous avons pu réaliser ce week-end grâce à la flexibilité possible des horaires.Merci encore !

Agreable week-end et Hôtesse flexible

Agreable week end dans cette vieille maison rénovée. Beau jardin cloturé. Arrivée et départ flexible. Attention, Salon au 1er étage. Cuisine, 1 Chambre avec lit double et buanderie en rez. Malheureusement un peu frais en cette periode de l'année (mars). Autrement, les étages supérieurs ( salon, autre chambre) étaient bien chauffés. Gîte bien equipé. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Maison de Blanche

Super séjour dans cette belle bâtisse bien agencée. Petit bémol tout de même important : la chaleur dans la chambre principale sous les combles qui a rendu le repos difficile, hors c'est le propre des vacances. Un petit appareil de refroidissement était à disposition mais bien insuffisant pour la taille du local, dommage. Pour le reste, nous recommandons ce gîte très bien situé, avec une bonne communication avec les gestionnaires.

Magnifique weekend d’automne en Bourgogne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chaudenay-le-Chateau. Nous devions initialement loger dans la Maison de Blanche mais le chauffe-eau étant tombé en panne quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Aurélie nous a gentiment proposé de loger dans la maison d’à côté, le gîte d’Andrée, plus grande et tout aussi charmante, sans surcoût. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours de Beau et Dijon : magnifique région. Le village est paisible et la vue sur la vallée très jolie. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et des terrasses grâce à la météo très clémente de ce week-end de la Toussaint. L’espace salon est grand et très cosy. Les chambres sont vastes et la literie confortable. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner sans contrainte. La communication avec Aurélie et Violaine, qui nous a accueilli, a été très fluide. Elles ont été très flexibles et arrangeantes sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse automnale !
